Normally I don’t mind coming to Casey’s. It’s a clean store. But when the hours say 4am and it was confirmed by the business not even a week ago then at 4:30am it’s closed. This is an issue. Either update your hours, actually be open, or even put a sign on the door that the hours are different.

Horrible service. The cashiers do what they can, but normally there is 1 on staff during rush times and probably a register broken. They might have breakfast ready 3 days a week if you are lucky. Sometimes they aren’t even open in the morning. Seems like there are a couple employees that want to do good, the rest are just “there”.

The store is clean, facilities are nice……. That’s unfortunately where the good ends. If you only have a short amount of time for lunch I suggest going somewhere else as the cashiers here are very lack luster. There always seems to be 1 cashier available at the busiest times of the day even if there is a huge line of people. Timed myself today and it was no different I waited in line for 15 minutes to get rung up. Very very inefficient customer service. I probably will be utilizing the other gas stations in town from here on out until they work on their customer service.

This is a great location and convenient to access. The building and furnishings are in good repair, but the housekeeping, most notably bathrooms and trash cans, could use some attention. Been to this site multiple times with same issue

Ordered 5 breakfast burritos and a breakfast bowl, took an hr to get our order, received the burritos but not the bowl, was told by the worker that he didn’t know how to make the bowl so he didn’t even attempt to make it, the burritos were so small that my 4 yr old was still hungry after he ate his. The store was dirty, the coffee dispensers we’re dirty, the glass on the side that you order food on had food, dust and finger prints on it, the premade food display across from the coffee dispensers had dead bugs, the bakery display had fingerprints and frosting on the glass, the sink to wash your hands in across from the coffee dispensers was dirty, the only good thing I can say was that the cashier was very polite and quick. I will not be going to this Casey’s location again.

Had no problem with store to per say.. just had a cashier that carring on bout her 9 month old not having formula. Just felt like shlike she was trying to get she want me to give her money for the baby. Heard her talking to someone else bout the thing. Next time was in there she was doing something to all the customers. My bf said that’s alls she does. I wont be going back cz makes me uncomfortable n feeling sorry for the baby. Surely u guys r paying her

It depends on the time of day that you go in. Normally, in the day time, the store is nice to visit. Very clean and friendly associates. However, anytime I have visited in the evening as of lately, the service seems dull. Overall, though, it is a very nice place to check out.

No complaints though in all honesty I only fueled at the pump and did not go inside. The fuel was available, the place was open, the parking lot was clean and free of trash and the fuel was just about the same price as any other along the trip. It was convenient.

Ordered cheesy breadsticks and there was hardly any cheese. The bread was doughy and yet dry. Only part of the center had any cheese on them, usually they are the best cheese sticks ever.
