Stopped in at 12:15pm to use the restroom and grab a slice of pizza and Gatorade for lunch. They did not have any pizza or hot food and their kitchen employees were just standing around talking about something on their cell phones not working with a cashier standing back there with them while a man a cash register by himself up front with a line waiting. Horrible employees make me not want to return to this location again.

If you are less than an hour away, drive to the store and order it in person… it WILL be quicker. Tried the app – wasted 15 minutes and accomplished NOTHING. Called the order number and was immediately connected to an A.I. Witch, who kept suggesting extra stuff that we didn’t want. After 3 “NO’s” , then a stronger reply, on the same question, she(it) comprehended.

This comment is for the district manager. First I would like to say the staff here are great. I have never had a problem with anyone. However, due to having to wait in line for 10 plus minutes every time I shop here, cause they only have one cashier I’m going to start going down the street to Kum & Go.

Not the best customer service. After waiting for about two minutes for the young man working the register to finish his cleaning task, my purchase went like this:
Cashier (scanning): “Anything else?”
Me: “No.”
Cashier: “Rewards?”
Me: “Yes.”
I proceed to enter my rewards number. The cashier was silent for the rest of the transaction – he didn’t tell me my total (fortunately, I was able to get that information from the credit card terminal) nor say anything to finalize the transaction like “thank you” or “have a good night.”
My experience at this location was overall disappointing. Normally I expect this level of customer service from some of Casey’s competitors but not Casey’s itself.

Along with the variety small restaurant to place orders call orders in order online carry-out pick-up or delivery/ convenience store with all of its perks as well. As an added bonus fully stocked, also greeted by staff customers all right Comfort browsing shopping ordering while noticing one of the first glimpse is the cleanliness I would say keeps them coming back. customers arrive generally with a friendly greeting. Most of the staff members seem to be efficient and take pride in their work. While others have a hard time keeping up with duties such as fresh coffee, feeling the cream Half & Half, cappuccinos, ice cream, ice in the fountain drink area. Overall Casey’s in Mt Vernon, MO is Pleasant has the feeling of a Hometown Store.

Really good pizza except when they do not bake them properly and the crust is still disgustingly doughy. Gross. Hopefully when we get it out of our oven, everything will be back to a happy norm. Just beware of the Casey’s speed baking technique.

Stopped in this morning to pick up a few things on my way home from work and as usual a employee was sitting on the curb blocking the parking, no big deal I guess but when I got what I needed and paid with card the cashier just stood there staring at me so I asked for the receipt ,she proceeded to push all kinds of buttons,asked for help from a coworker behind her and the coworker stated oh that register has been doing that for days now. Constantly having technical difficulties. Good thing there’s a new truck stop in town
