I wish it could be 0 stars I’ve never bit into something more disgusting in my life. The Casey’s in Sedalia mo 1601 east Broadway sold me donuts so old that the cream in the middle was CURDLED! Soured and chunky, most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced. THANKS CASEYS.

The employee’s personal hygiene is absolutely terrible. Food in the warmers is ALWAYS sitting out hours past its prime. The store is filthy, bathrooms filthy, employees are filthy. Employees are always smoking right in front of the doors. It could be a really nice store if managed correctly and standards for employees were held higher.

The last time I visited this Caseys I was very disappointed the store was a mess trash on the floor out in front of Donut case. And different parts of the store.The bathroom wasn’t very clean at all. Toilet look like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while, no paper towels, sink wasn’t very clean either.It looked awful all can say it is the worst Caseys I’ve been in recently. The worker behind the counter was eating a piece of pizza. There was new items that had came in off the truck that need to be put away. It looked like there had to be 4 to 5 people working that day. I know that times are hard this days and a lot of people are short staffed but this by far I believe is the worst Caseys. I visited this Caseys 3 or 4 years back and I don’t remember it being this bad. I hope this improves.

Two starts because the lady running the register was nice. I’m in the area working and we always go to a Casey’s to grab lunch I usually spend $10 to $17 dollars every day. I grab two burgers to only find out when I get down the rd that they are on crescent rolls and just so happens I hate them nothing marked on the box saying it was something other than buns so now I have two pops and a jack links meat and cheese for lunch glad I waisted my money

I went there a few days ago to pick up my pizza order. The cashier was new and visibly stressed with the flood of customers they were getting at the time. Everyone I saw while I was there showed her patience and kindness. Including the only other employee(making pizza’s) I noticed. The one making pizzas was very patient and kind to her. Encouraging and supporting her not only when the cashier needed assistance but even from the kitchen. They both handled the situation, themselves and us customers very well!

The ladies that make the pizzas can’t read the tickets or order correctly. One time they screwed up my order and gave me the wrong pizzas. The second time they thought I wanted my pizza done at 1:59 (it was supposed to be 11:59).

Zero would be a more appropriate rating. The clerk was too busy helping a customer scratch off lottery tickets instead of helping others. Guess what? There are two cash registers and there were other employees just standing around looking. I put my items I wanted to purchase on the counter and walked out. I will never go to Casey’s again. Hoping QT buys them out. Oh and Casey’s watered down gas sucks!
