We love Casey’s but this location is by far the worst one we have ever been in. Never has any washer fluid at the pumps. Been that way for at least a year. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. This will be our last time visiting this location – as the employee was getting the trash from the pumps while smoking. Unbelievable!!!

This location is the worst I’ve ever seen. The bathrooms are never clean. The soda fountain area is never wiped down. It’s always a mess. The donuts are always gone.The windshield washer fluid outside is always empty. It’s obvious the Manger doesn’t care, because with 3 cashiers working someone would be able to clean. Casey’s you need to step in and make some changes!

I ordered a pizza from here a while ago, they told me it would take 30-40 minutes so I showed up 45 minutes later to find out they forgot to make my pizza. I come back about 30 minutes later to find they have again forgotten to make my pizza. Now they just don’t answer the phones anymore. It says 24 hours, but don’t expect service after 10pm.

Casey’s in La Monte is always clean and well stocked. Donut case has goodies in the evening which is nice but pizza by the slice always seems to be empty when I come through after work, (5:15-5:30), and after all my years going there I’ve really only had to deal with one rude employee. Jennifer is a great manager and I will continue to do business with this store

Stores not bad, but they do have a group of rude geriatrics that hang out in the store every morning blocking isles being loud enough that you can’t hear the cashier or move through the store. Parking near the store is usually full from the same group.

I’m revising my review. It’s quite a bit better than it was two years ago when I left the first one star review. Seems like they’ve hired better people. I know it’s tough to find good employees in today’s climate. I have owners of restaurants talk to me about this problem all the time in my line of work.

I absolutely think the manager of this store needs to be replaced. She treats her employees like numbers and doesn’t seem to be concerned with employees health. I could run a better store in my sleep. The lack of care and correct discipline she doesn’t put towards her employees no wonder she is losing employees. My rule is leave your personal issues at home and come into work ready with a smile and respect.
