I’ve held off on doing this trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are some friendly employees here. However, there are also rude and abrasive people here to like the young girl I picked my pizza up from. I was early and apologized as I wasn’t concerned if it wasn’t done yet but when I told her I was early she flatly stated the yeah I was. I told her to have a nice night when I she handed me the pizza and she just said yeah. Admittedly, this has been a couple months but my biggest ongoing peace is that I enjoy Casey’s breakfast pizza. It doesn’t matter what time I come in in the morning they either don’t have it or there are very few choices. In Eldon I can get a vegetable breakfast slice. I may just hit that one in the mornings. I go into the Versailles store typically around 7-7:30 AM and they usually have more pepperoni slices than anything! What sense does this make?!

I stopped in to let my daughter use the restroom and get a couple things. There was two male employees behind the counter but neither of them greeted us. We went in the bathroom to find it was so disgusting and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I let them know their bathrooms need cleaned and they just laughed in response. There have also been other times I come in and the employee at the register never says one word during the whole transaction. Not a total, do i have rewards, have a good day, nothing! Absolutely disrespectful and I will no longer be stopping at this location. I don’t know who the manager is, but they definitely need to focus on training their employees correctly or on who they hire in the first place…Or maybe it’s the manager who needs replaced.

Worst store manager they’ve had yet, even overhead employees very unhappy for good reasons with her! Never see her out of office or off of her phone unless a big wig’s walked in there, then she acts like she actually does work. Never seen or had her check anyone out while in the store. Used to come in frequently too. Once saw her forced to do the money drop (this is while I was waiting in line watched & listened too unfold), all bc the assistant manager was actually working (never seen her slack or pass work off just bc she could) & she had been taking trash out, leaving her forced to actually work. So, as soon as assistant manager comes into her line of sight, she (tried to pass off) in joking manner yet 100% wasn’t joking at all, a big thanks to her for her having to do that aspect of her job from the register to employee over half the way across store. Probably 10+ customers in there watching her be politely rude to the employee. Simply bc she had to actually leave the office & work. They could pay her to stay home and accomplish more probably! Watched 30 customers backed up in am not very long ago, (2 months max if that), not a soul at the register & Abby was on her phone (not taking a call mind you), never lifted a finger while she has monitors directly in front of her just watching the one line back up to almost to the restrooms on one side of isle & past donut stand on next isle. Assistant manager coming from cooler walks out and sees this, immediately gets on register & gets another employee to aid in workers and students trying to get there on time. If it wasn’t for that assistant manager, I’d never stop in there bc it’s always bad when assistant manager is off & managers left to “actually work & manage!” Both of which I’ve never seen happen no matter how much or long we’re in the store! Sad when local business could thrive so much more if the head manager were management material. Just got the wrong person in charge unfortunately! They can only improve from change here. Used to only stop here, now it’s gradually gotten to only if necessary. Changing of one could turn better more profitable business when people aren’t constantly waiting or store in/out needing some form of attention. Such a decline!

Our family goes to this caseys for the pizza. They have a nice young gentleman there named Kevin whom will make your pizza up with little to no tomfoolery whatsoever. I believe caseys might be the most popular pizza in morgan county. We have never gotten gas here, or really anything other then pizza.

Worst Casey’s I have ever been to. I have multiple times ordered a pizza an hour before pick up and still have to wait at 30 minutes past pick up time and my pizza order is usually wrong.The gad pumps are never working. There is never any pizza in the warmer, ever! The whole gas station is a fail. I like 8 minutes from this Casey’s but will travel all the way to Eldon to get pizza or gas.

The pizza is never fully cooked and it seems to be a pre-made pizza. The veggies are limp as they were from last week. One would think they would read their reviews and learn how to fix this problem. This is the 3rd pizza I have tried, but no more. I will drive to Stover to get my pizza. The Casey’s there knows how to cook pizza.

Keep on driving! I stop at all Casey’s when I travel so I’ve been in a lot of them over the years. Bathrooms were disgusting and haven’t been cleaned in days. We had a awkward situation where they couldn’t figure out a lady’s pizza ticket at took 15 minutes to get her checked out… all of us just standing in line. The manager could have helped by opening the other register to keep things moving…. but nope she just walked back to her office. We all stood in line waiting. Also… the pizza looks different than other Casey’s and was under cooked. The slices of pizza were in the heater/display laying on top of each other. It was just weird. They definitely do not have any expectations at this Casey’s store.
