This was my favorite place to go and I don’t have any problems with the (guy) manager but certain female workers are rude to you especially when it comes to the rewards system. Otherwise I have no problems. Plus I want the bacon cheeseburger pizza back that was my favorite.

Pump refused to give me a receipt. I asked attendant for a receipt (after waiting in line for 12 minutes) and was given a receipt for the wrong pump. I went back inside to explain the mistake and attendant got very rude. The restroom was disgusting. It appeared as though a toilet paper fight had occurred. I was not impressed with my visit.

Waited 45 min for my food in the store got it home. Opened it and for 20$ worth of popcorn chicken I received 30 peices of the smallest peices I’ve ever saw. Called and complained and they did nothing!!

Staff is often very dismissive when going inside. Pumps and lot are clean. Prices are acceptable. Food is normal for its kind. I just very much dislike goinf in side, having no final greeting or hello is weird, and its happened several times.

The donuts are not very good. Usually casey donuts are really good but these are not made very well. Mishapped and the icing is too runny. This store gets really busy in the morning and they only have one person checking out. Jacksonville used to have 2 Casey’s but they closed the other one. I think they closed the wrong one. The other store was run very well.
