I have been going to this Casey’s in Milan since it was built. We ordered pizzas Saturday night was told 55 min. Seemed long but with the help shortage ok. We placed the order at 6:15 I left my home at 7:15 for the 15 min drive. I left the store at 8:10 finally. I asked for a discount and was told Casey’s doesn’t offer. I am in this location 2 or three times a week for different things including gas. If your management doesn’t do something I will not be back.

Tonight I had a major issue with carbon cliff store, I called and got a manager who was very nice. I decided after waiting over an hr for my foot at carbon cliff and they canceled my order to wait an hr and place it with Milan due to better customer service. My pizza was on time! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the cashier had a horrible additude, including when I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to thank her, she rudely stormed to the kitchen where 3 employees were and she said she wants a manager and they laughed amount each other and then said about what, the pizza. Finally a non manager came out because she said she would “deal” with this. I could tell if I was doing anything but providing a compliment it would have been bad but she said she wasn’t the manager and I said is she here she said no the hiring manager who spoke to me left and I asked her to thank her. Immediately the tone changed in both ladies.

This location is literally trash. I’ve had multiple occasions where they have messed up. Not only can’t they get things right, but they are also very rude . I wouldn’t recommend going there. Waste of money and time. 7/11 was better. Not only did I get treated like it was my fault for spending money at this location. I still haven’t gotten a refund and my bank account was charge for food I never received!. Robbed me basically. Got call my bank and waste my time for these unprofessional people. That did literally nothing deserve my money. Didn’t even refund me correctly.

This Casey’s has gone downhill so much it’s hard to even describe. Every single time we order from here the pizza is NEVER done when it’s supposed to be, if it’s even been started by the time it was supposed to be done. This is regardless of how you order, but if you order online half the time the order is lost. A lot of people working are rude, and you can absolutely tell they do not want to be at work. I’d tell you to order delivery but it will take 2 if not 3 times as long as the estimated time, but at least the driver is pleasant. Overworked and exhausted but pleasant. She’s the only reason they get 2 stars.

This used to be a good Casey’s to order from and I’ve been going to here for years due to them being open 24/7. But ever since COVID hit they have been hiring people who don’t know what they are doing and pizzas that you call in and they say 15 minutes take an hour + before they are ready. So if you’re looking for a quick pizza go to the one on Andalusia, they are much faster and their times are accurate.

Ordered on app to be told pizza would be another 35 minutes. Took over 2 hours to get order. Got to stand in the store and watch as people came and went, people abandoning pizza orders because it was taking so long. Seeing grub hub, and Uber eats drivers cancel deliveries because they were loosing money standing around waiting for orders. A bit of follow up, decided to try this location again since family lives here in Milan on a night that’s not ridiculously busy. Showed up for order that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:51 and it wasn’t even in the oven yet.

I can’t even give a star. I think the only reason they are in business cause they are by all these warehouses. I live behind them in the neighborhood. I wouldn’t even go here.. I will go somewhere else. I don’t mind the drive. So boycotting these guys.. card chip never working. Always a long line .. they play on their phones or talking their Co workers instead of customer service. Pizza is cold or never ready . When i get my potato cheese bites they are always cold like frozen cold

Don’t recommend they never answer phones they are rude cashiers inpatient unorganized probably the worst Casey’s Iv ever had to deal with. Sell unactivated scratch offs and hang up on you instead of listening to concerns and legitimate complaints. I love Casey’s the general store but I honestly can’t stand this one. The Worst! trying to communicate with unqualified employees who lack attention knowledge and common sense to do there jobs is intolerable………………
