As a gas station it’s fine, but I wanted to review their pizza. I moved to Sycamore in 2021 and was told I had to try the pizza at Casey’s. I thought “How good can gas station pizza be, and why does everyone rave about it?” I was pleasantly surprised, and Casey’s became my go-to for cheap but delicious pizza delivery. Unfortunately the quality has gone downhill over the past several months. I know this location has been short staffed and they always seem to be training new employees, so I want to cut them some slack. However, every time I order something we are either missing a pizza or it was made incorrectly (missing toppings, adding toppings not included on the pizza, etc.), and I’m under the impression the staff hardly receives any training to begin with. I hope things can improve at this location because it was previously a favorite.

One of the cleanest gas stations around. This Casey’s is on my way into work, so it becomes convenient to fill up at this Sycamore gas station. Only wish they had more than once entrance to get in and out of this place.

Like any other gas station they’re losing they need to do as they need to fix the pumps that are down and they also need to fix the receipts. That come out of the pump so that you do not have to go into the store to get what you need.

⛽️ Well placed gas station. It’s well lit and conveniently located across from the Jewel on peace road. I’ve taken advantage of this location many times and even switched out my propane tanks there as well!

One of my go-to spots for gas and convenience. Always clean, staff are very kind. I visited to grab a couple things, and the cashier advised me, unprompted, of the specials they’re running daily during the month of December. Told me I could get a free cookie through the app. So now I have my goodies, plus a free cookie! Not much, but the small things matter! Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Prepaid in cash for gas and the pump wouldn’t work so I asked it to be moved to a different pump. The manager refused and I left with no gas and without my money back. Contacted caseys customer relations and got no response of any kind. I guess I just donated to the store

Went in at 12:00. No pizza , this the 3rd time I stopped in this one Casey’s never pizza out n ready. 2 people behind counter couldn’t careless n lady at registrar rude as well. Gave ya’ll 3 chances never coming back to this store.

If I could give zero I would. We have always loved Casey’s pizza . Like how could gas station pizza be so good. Who knew but it was. Well we just ordered 2 large pizzas for dinner and when we got home and opened the box the crust was normal but the actual pizza was flater thank paper. So we called and they said this is there need standard off pizza and we weren’t the first call about it. Bring back the regular pizza. We will not be ordering from then anymore not even close to being Worth 20$.

Perfectly placed gas station for going to and from work. I love the free air provided at all the Casey’s, saves me a couple dollars a year. I don’t know how to fill air in my car tires, I usually underestimate, just to be safe, and would end up having to go fill up more air two weeks later hahaha!
