Well I definitely got the full One Star experience today. It’s probably the nastiest Casey’s I’ve ever been to. The store itself was completely in disarray. The men’s restroom looked like somebody urinated on everything. The floors and the walls were wet and the smell was overwhelming. I choose stopping here for a single slice of pizza. But after the unpleasant attitude of the assistant manager I walked out. There was nothing convenient about my visit today. I was definitely disappointed and I do not recommend

Soda fountain ice machines are NEVER WORKING PROPERLY. The one on the left spits out a few “cubes” if you hold it in for a minute. The one on the right USUALLY gives you “cubes” if you’re willing to wait, but they are only three-quarters frozen and collect at the bottom of the cup like a bad slushie. Advised of problems multiple times.

They have an entire sandwich/wrap/salad case yet won’t make you a for-order item. The other hot case options are always empty. Then, you will wait in line way longer than any transaction at a gas station should possibly take.

Diesel pumps again have no washer fluid and is in the buckets is frozen 32° at the time. Also no paper towels to wipe the windows with. At least the trash is not over flowing this time.

This store is an absolute joke. Maybe you should hire employees who actually want a job and that will actually do it. My door dash order had to be canceled because the girl sitting behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to help the gentleman out. I am very disappointed in this store especially when I had no issue’s with them before. I never write bad reviews but when your employee’s can’t be bothered to do their job and just want to sit behind the counter texting then I will write one. Very disappointed in the service he was given. My order had nothing to do with your kitchen being closed so obviously the lady was just being lazy.

These folks need to step up their game. Had mudflap app and the cashier couldn’t figure it out and had no idea how to fun the register. Finally after waiting for a bit i I just paid with a card and left. The gentleman behind me had to get to work so he left without being served also. Shelves werent very organized or stocked. Bathroom was a mess. Only good thing is fairly easy to get in with a semi.

Bathrooms were closed with no alternative. They should at least have a plan for those who come in while it’s being cleaned. Also couldn’t get any water unless I bought a bottle. I don’t like to use any more plastic than necessary. Pretty stupid that I can’t fill my own water bottle. Not planning to return.

We have been to Casey’s in Fort Pierre several times. Each time it seems like the are struggling more and more. They are consistently out of coffee, cups, lids, supplies etc. They have the supplies on the ground for you to pick through. I went to wash our windshield and there was no liquid. I checked in all of the other dispensers and they were empty or dirty. I used the bathroom and there were no towels in the machine, but there were towels available on the countertop that were soaked in water. Flies were also everywhere and landing on everything in the store. We did get a few slices of pizza that were great, but we wished the atmosphere allowed us to return more often since the food is good.

Stopped mid afternoon on Sunday, July 4th. Card declined at the pump, went inside to see “cash only” signs at the registers. (Why not post on the pumps outside?) The employee I talked to told me that if I prepaid for fuel at the pump they would not be liable if someone stole it. Poor service and bad experience with employees. I like Casey’s but will not stop here again!
