This review is not necessarily about this particular Casey’s but about corporate Casey’s not allowing employees to give out fuel codes. So I will continue to give them low ratings till they do.

There is an issue with the guy working the kitchen on 9/19/25 in the morning with the backwards baseball cap, i only come here in the mornings and I see him often back there.
He has an attitude which combined with his rudeness and disrespect creates an uncomfortable environment for your customers.
There is a notable difference between the days he is working and the days he isn’t with what is prepared and available for purchase. The hot food cases on the days he works are empty, and when there is an occasional item it is usually poorly made, ie. Burnt or sloppy.
When you ask him if he can make you something he will inform you that you should’ve ordered it in advance, i don’t think he makes anything unless it’s ordered in advance but frankly if I did and he was the one who prepared it I would be disappointed so, no, I won’t order in advance at risk of him being the one working that day.
If we walk in and see him working we turn right around and walk out which is clearly what he intends, he gives hostile glares to patrons who ask about food and if I didn’t know any better I’d assume he was trying to sabotage the business out of spite.
My wife doesn’t like going here anymore because of the possibility he might be working and I’m sure she’s not alone.
This is a toxic attitude that will spread to other employees if not addressed

Cashier named Allison rang others up then left the till to do other duties even tho there was a line and it was not time sensitive work. She then continuously told me how to purchase the items even tho she was the one taking FOREVER to ring me up. I would not recommend this Casey’s. Head over the the one on Oak. They are much nicer and it’s only like half a mile further.

Diesel drivers stay away! Been getting fuel here all fall/winter almost exclusively because the best price. My truck gelled at -11 with recently changed fuel filters. Mediocre fuel.

Twice in a row now I went to fill up on gas and the first pump I pull into has a sign that says card reader unavailable. So I pull around to a different pump and it also has card reader unavailable. Pumps are pre-pay only. Also had multiple times where more than one pump is out of order. There’s a holiday and speedway just down the road that doesn’t seem to have so many issues keeping their equipment working.

I’m almost certain their pumps are off. Said I filled 11 gallons when I have a 15 gallon tank. I was at half on my meter and just was going to top off since it’s cheaper here than where I live.
