This place is a joke. I stood at the sub counter for 10 minutes, the kid at the counter kept looking at me, and instead of helping me, ignored me and went off in the back to screw around with his coworker, eventually a guy from the back told me that they didn’t do subs anymore, I felt like he lied to me and was too lazy to make a sandwich. I ended up just grabbing a slice of pizza and a can of chips, went to the counter, where I stood once again for another 5 minutes because the kid decided to screw around in the back and was loudly mocking and singing at his coworker. He finally scanned my two things and I was finally able to leave. The food is not even all that good. It’s mediocre at best, Casey’s needs to get new employees.

The food is great but the service is awful. I put in an order for delivery through the app, and was told it would be 35 to 40 minutes. After AN HOUR of waiting, I called only to be told it hasn’t even been made yet. This isn’t my first subpar experience with this store. The woman who delivered the pizza did apologize for that wait, which I do appreciate. However, this store needs to get its act together

Ordered two breadsticks & 20 boneless wings, were told 45 minutes when I use to work at caseys in cresco & it only takes 15 minutes for wings and 6-7 minutes for breadsticks. We got there, 45 MINUTES LATER & they said they needed 10 more minutes. Went in 10 minutes later & the cashier said they didn’t even put them in yet. Here is our fourth time going in and we finally got them. An hour and 15 minutes later. Very poor quality tonight & didn’t even give us a coupon for anything for next time. if there is a next time.

Worst service at a gas station I’ve ever experienced. 4-5 people in line and no one checking people out at register. 3-4 people in deli aware of situation and did nothing. After waiting 5 minutes I left. KWIK STAR YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM. Casey’s in Cresco will never get my business again.
