I live close by this Casey’s I’m there almost every day. They serve/make pizza 24 hours per day 7 days a week. They also bake fresh donuts and pastries every morning. Also if you have a Hy-Vee fuel saver card you can use it here for discount on gas. They usually have good pizza specials, this month especially, it’s 10 cents off per gallon for every large pizza you bye, no limit on the amount of coupons you have but only up to 20 gallons.

Zero stars is more appropriate. The lady there messed up our whole order and told us she hadn’t. We called to see if they would fix it or make it right. She instead yelled at us to stop talking over her while she yelled at us the entire phone call. Then I asked to speak with the manager and she hung up. Don’t waste your time here. Just absolutely a terrible business and ridiculously bad employees.

It’s good. They hire kids so that’s why it’s not amazing customer service but it’s not bad. Everything is overpriced but it’s like that at every gas station. They make good enough pizza that they could probably freeze it and sell it at grocery stores.

Due to unfortunate events, I don’t have any water or plumbing at the place I’m currently living, so I’ve begun coming here more frequently solely for the restroom, since Casey’s stores have always been a favorite of mine. Tonight I finally confronted the manager (Bruce) about the toilet seat always being dirty anytime I come in here and that I’ve had to clean it myself each time and asked for some cleaning spray so i could clean it myself again, since during this conversation he clearly did not want to resolve the issue. He declined to give me any cleaning spray..or say anything for that matter, he simply walked to the restroom and closed the door behind him. I heard him proceed to use the toilet brush and toilet water to ‘clean’ the seat for me and used paper towels to wipe it up. I know this because there was torn paper towel left behind on the seat still and the seat still had toilet water on it!! DISGUSTING! He walked out of the restroom and said “there ya go.” It was then that i realized that the cleaning supply cabinet was right in front of the bathroom door, which he neglected to retrieve or replace any supplies to/from! IT WAS RIGHT THERE. I know there’s a camera in close proximity to this restroom. I really hope somebody who is in a position high enough for him to care about their opinion of him comes across this and checks the footage for 9/10/18 ~ 6pm. I cleaned the toilet MYSELF AGAIN.

Staff appears to be the start of the zombie apocalypse. Subway down the street is a lil cheaper and much better. Dont bother trying to use caseys phone app coupons here. They wont work. Supervisor there was hopeless and helpless with the caseys app not working at the time there.
