Somehow my previous review with photos of the breakfast food all being expire was deleted. So here is a new review featuring dinner items. ESPECIALLY after the management sent me a response last time how they were so concerned about food safety and such. But apparently the social media person caring translates to absolutely no one else caring. And to top it off I waited several minutes at the register while the 3 staff were standing around in the kitchen talking. I finally had to speak up to get service.

The first time I came to this location, I was doing DoorDash and I needed something to eat and some gas so I got some gas and Casey’s has a kitchen so I was like all right. I’ll get something to eat. I’ll go outside. I pump my gas and I’ll get in my car and I open up that loaded loaded burrito and I took a bite of that thing and when I say I had to shake my head and take another bike cause I kept telling myself why in the world this burrito so good like McDonald’s burrito don’t even taste this good I feel like this is some real agree. They had real bacon and sausage in it. Hashbrowns in it. I’m talking about a fool is on point when it comes to a gas station kitchen you want some good food go to this month go to go to Casey’s on Kalamazoo Street. They gonna get you right

I went in to grab drinks and a bite to eat before work. I was watching an employee make a breakfast pizza. She asked me what i needed. I was thinking of picking up a slice. I responded saying I was really hungry. She says “that ain’t got nothing to do with me or my employees.” This is the same woman that once told me she prides herself in taking care of her customers but this experience made me feel otherwise. I’ll be stopping at marathon instead.

Pretty disappointed. I figured a brand new store would be welcoming and clean. It was neither. Counters were sticky and staff was rude. No one said hello, the guy behind the counter wasn’t friendly. He glared at customers and loudly said “NEXT”. No have a nice day or anything. No smile. Hopefully the other one that opened will be better.

The neighborhood wasn’t happy kum and go was going in and we learned to love it. Since it turned into Casey’s, it’s been a joke. Counters are dirty, pop machines are always down, nothing is stocked , most of the staff is rude. which one will be closing first?

Great place to get gas and other convenience store items! Their gas prices are on par or cheaper than other stations in the area. Getting two cents off with a rewards account is helpful. On top of usual gas options (regular, mid-grade, premium, and diesel), they also have ethanol free gas (which I use for my classic cars). Their breakfast burritos and coffee are a great way to start the day in the morning. Their beer cooler has a great selection and is convenient for grabbing something on the way home from work.
