I hate to be this person, but I drive through GR somewhat frequently and have gone through this drive thru many times. I have almost always had issues for the past year or so when I stop here. The person on the speaker can’t seem to get my order correct and then the people making it don’t seem to be able to get it correct either. I almost always end up waiting for my food for at least 15 minutes and the customer service is very poor. My order is not complicated but I do have dietary restrictions so I do need it to be correct. I will unfortunately not be giving them my business any more.

It is what it is…no matter what part of the country the burger king is in, pretty much the same aesthetics & menu just like most franchises…this one does stand out for its cleanliness, swiftness & customer service…just sayin’ ..~sct•

The food is good, the people who are there are almost always really nice. But they rarely have the amount of workers they need for the place to run efficiently. Service can be very slow sometimes.

Messed up on order last time we came in, this time they forgot an item at the drive through. Tried going to both doors which were locked, pretty sure they saw me waving at them for a couple minutes. Finally had to go to the drive through window and they shut the window and ignored me even though the kid at the window put his head out and watched me walking up. If you forget someones stuff at least don’t leave them out there with no way to get in and answer the phone when they try calling from the outside.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was blubbery and it had so much mayo on it I had to wipe it off it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from them my bfriend wouldn’t let me return it he was scared they’d treT us bad every time we went there so I threw it away n went elsewhere
