We had placed an order online for 1 popcorn chicken and 2 potato bites. We later arrived and they gave us 3 popcorn chicken, we went back in to correct our order and we were told that they had no potato bites. When we asked for a refund we were told no because we ordered online. If I am paying for something I want that thing, and if I can’t get it I expect a refund. I can understand not having something in stock, but to not tell the person who just purchased it and then not refund them is ridiculous. (Usually they either call and tell us or the app tells us that they don’t have it)

In the past, I have always had a mostly positive experience with Casey’s. Not so much this last visit. I ordered 4 large pizzas and three bread sticks. I placed the order with the person I spoke to at Casey’s. My husband went to pick up the order. They had given our breadsticks to the person who came in ahead of us. So, they made 3 new orders of breadsticks. I appreciate that. Upon arrival home when the pizza boxes were opened, only one of the four pizzas were correct. They had 4 Pepperoni pizzas. These pizzas looked horrible. Beyond greasy. I called and spoke to the manager and we talked. I asked what happened to our order. He stated that our entire order must have been given to the person before us. Really?? I know every business is having staffing issues right now. How hard is it to keep orders separate? The manager acted like this was really no big deal. I’m sorry, but when people are purchasing a product, they want their order correct. So, I am giving Casey’s one star. Honestly, if I could have given no stars I would have. Just a thought…Casey’s have really cut their open hours. If staff wants to act like they don’t care maybe their customers will just not care and will do business elsewhere.

Was there between 4:00 and 4:15 Eastern Time, and the two female employees were cussing out the district manager to each other, at a volume sufficient for everyone in the building to hear them. Do I care? No. What I do care about is the cashier seem to take out her frustration on me. Try to do better. I’m sure the Grievances are legit, but please be a bit better with customers.

Cashier is nice, but they never have fresh pizza or other food. Been in there at different times the last few days and the food is all old. Went there about 3 hours apart on the 23rd, and it was the same pizza in the warmer (the exact same) and there were 4 people working in the kitchen. I used to work at Casey’s, and it just means they’re lazy lol

Well here you go . Friendliest staff for a gas station..I’ve noticed, .. AND Only Cherry slurpee in town! Plus you go here for ANYTHING that’s a quick food pizza, sandwich, salad..Hucks only has strawberry slurpee which is red but not satisfying if you’re into the nostalgia of the slurpee..I think way too much about this, Since I’ve moved here anyways.. PLUS CASEY’S isn’t over busy at any time I’ve been in there, in and out but if you order online, call them after to follow this up cause each time I have I’ve went in to find they’re just starting the order, 3 times, and I was ok,didn’t mind, there young kids and don’t make enough to care. Plus they’re so sweet and apologize.

So I ordered a large pizza and cheesesticks from Casey’s in Petersburg IN. I got the confirmation email and when my fiance went to pick it up they said that they didn’t get the order. So he had to come back later to pick it up. Once he got it home the pizza was soggy and had hardly any sausage on it. We had ordered cheese sauce with our cheesesticks and when he asked if it was in the box they looked at him like they had no idea what he was talking about. This is not the first time we have had problems with Casey’s. I don’t think we will be ordering from here again anytime soon

My husbend went in Caseys in Petersburg IN. tonight (Sept.22,2021). He order a pizza. When he got there to order there was nobody to take the order. He stood there for about ten min. , then he went around the store to find some one. When he found someone . To take the order he act like he didn’t know what my husbend was ordering. The casher was no better. She told him that the other girl would check him out. When he got up there to pay she said she couldn’t do cash. So then he went to the first lady.,and payed, If that isn’t bad. when he went back to get the pizza. that guy told him that he was rud. Got home and the pizza was wrong. He was not the only person that they was rud to. i will not go back untill i get an apology.

In my opinion, the best gas station in town. Great food and high quality gasoline. You can get pizza, sub sandwiches (and they really load up the toppings), soft serve ice cream (make your own cup or cone as big as you like for under $2!), good fountain drink selection, good freezer drink selection, and friendly service.

Casey’s has really great pizza. You can buy it by the slice or a whole pie. They usually have some great deals also. Staff is good and prices are competitive with other gas stations and convenience stores.
