Everything is pretty overpriced, had the cashier grab my doughnuts from me to charge me a different price for each kind on doughnut which is crazy they are all doughnuts… and also charges me for a sauce cup that it said came with my food! 16$ for 2 pieces of pizza and 4 doughnuts is crazy work! Wawa is really going to run yall out of business!

I go here fairly often for pizza. The lady that cooks in the morning is phenomenal. The guy however that is working today 9/24 is horrendous. Whenever he is cooking there is a pizza shortage. There will be only a couple of slices that look past their prime and when I ask him if a pizza is fixing to come out of the oven he responds with ” yeah in about 8 minutes I’m making it now”. I’m tired of being late to work when I try for pizza on my lunch break. No more going here for lunch.

I have been in this store several times, I have ordered almost $100 in pizzas over time. Each pizza I order falls off the crust. Today I go into the store and they have no straws or medium cup lids. Store manager Marty doesn’t seem to care that his inventory is not very good. Assistant manager is helpful however when you speak with Marty he acts like everything is bothersome to him. I’ve been in the store getting a pop and I heard cussing coming from the office by the kitchen! Bad customer service! Bad inventory selection due to being out. Store is always out of something. I use to come to this store every day and for how things have been going Casey’s Marion, you have just lost my business! I will go to other gas stations that have what I need!

Employee was very rude. Came in at 1055 because I needed to pay with cash for gas. The door wasn’t locked, walked in and immediately got screamed at “WERE CLOSED. WE ARE CLOSED. WERE CLOSED GET OUT” before I could even say anything. According to the hours on the door they were open til 11. It would have been different had she kindly said “Sorry, we’re closed already” but immediately screaming at a customer the second she walks in the door? Unacceptable especially when the door was unlocked to begin with. Do better.

Over the last 2 months or so I’ve been in nearly a dozen times, all hours of the day and evening and not once has there been pizza in the rack or being cooked in the back. Tonight, I asked why there was no pizza being cooked and was told that he was just trying to get caught up and it would be 8 minutes if I wanted to wait on a pizza to be cooked. I said no. So I went to get a drink instead. I tried the mountain dew and nothing but water came out. I was told it was out, along with 4 or 5 other drinks that he rattled off. No notes on any of the dispensers telling customers it was out or anything. This location has to be the worst run Casey’s ive ever been in.

Such a rude morning lady! My husband went in to get gas and air up a tire. The machine for credit cards on the tire pump is still not working. He asked the lady if she knew when it would be fixed. She rudely said it’s not her problem and to go call the number on the machine. We will no longer be getting anything here. Your loosing a customer that spends close to $200 in gas alone a week. We will be going to speedway from now on.

Staff is very friendly they never have any food ready. Wanted lunch today. Stopped by at 11:55. They had 1 peice of pizza and cheese bites. Nothing else. 3rd time in 2 weeks I have came here. All 3 times no food. If your hungry go somewhere else.

This is not just a gas station. This is a place where you can buy a large assortment of food— from groceries to hot foods prepared in the kitchen while you wait. And the pizzas here aren’t your standard convenient store fare. The toppings are fresh, prepped daily by trained staff who care about quality! Fresh salads and other selections are also made daily— no two or three day old packaged foods in the case.
Finally, the employees are always welcoming and polite. No matter what time I go in, day or middle of the night, the people in duty have pleasant attitudes.
It’s a great alternative to the typical gas station/convenience stores in Marion!

In June, I went in to buy a 20 Oz pop, 2 small bags of chips and a large bag of chips. Was charged $35. Cashier was very interested in the car I drove. When I realized what she charged I had already run my card. She claimed she could not give me a receipt after hitting the no sale button 3 times. I disputed the charge and received my money back. But beware the cashier has developed a way to steal from you and/or the store.
