To start we wanted mint tea from the menu but they were out. We had a sample platter for appetizer which was good. The main course was average. The asparagus just was cooked right. The desserts we tried were too sweet. The baklava just wasn’t worth it. The service was really good. The staff was very nice. We didn’t try the hookah but the smell was pleasant. Good atmosphere. Romantic but also a place you can enjoy a family meal. For the price I do expect better food. We went on a Saturday night around 8 and didn’t need a reservation.

This place is magic! Our server Emily was friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The Palomas are THE BEST I have had in Wisconsin. The food was delicious and gorgeous. We enjoyed the baba ghanoush, beef kabobs, and jibneh rolls. Each tasted better than the next. I would eat here everyday if I could!!!!

Literally the worst experience. We made a reservation and arrived to an empty establishment with nothing ready. We got moved to 3 different tables with no apologies and nothing to give as an apology. It took an hour for our hookah and drinks to arrive to our table and 2+ hours for our food. Our server couldn’t tell us what was taking so long and ignored us as much as she could after we asked. They offered us no apology or anything for the pointless wait. Do not EVER come to this Casablanca. Worst experience ever. This place needs to be closed down.

Venturing into this Mediterranean restaurant for the first time was a delightful experience. The ambiance was enchanting, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. The service was amiable, making me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door. As a bonus, the belle dance every Saturday added a touch of elegance and charm to the atmosphere. While I don’t partake in smoking, I couldn’t help but notice the appeal for hookah lovers, making this spot a must-visit for enthusiasts. Overall, a perfect blend of ambiance, service, and cultural offerings awaits at this Mediterranean gem.

I feel like everytime i go here the prices are higher. This time I found that the rice was a bit too salty. The hummus was not as good as i remembered and barely had olive oil the way it used to be ( i get it olive oil got expensive, and they did gave me more oil for my hummus). The bread was warm and yummy, the fries always on point. The meat was well seasoned but also found it a bit on the salty side. Overall experience was great and the service was excellent aswell

Overall pleasant experience. Went here for a friend’s birthday, made a reservation expecting it to be busy, but it was empty, except for 1 other group. Reviews were mixed, so was a little skeptical. Our server was a delight and surprisingly the food was good too. Wait wasnt bad because the restaurant was empty. A little pricey, but good.

My waitress was amazing and patient throughout the rough 2 hour experience. My food was order medium well and was served well done. Then it was recooked a we were offered 20 percent off and two desserts, instead of dessert we asked for drink. Once I noticed my lamb chops that were recooked were medium raw with cold rice. I then asked for a manager who offered to take the meal off but then she was taking back the free drinks which were substituted for the dessert. Meanwhile I’ve waited a hour an 40 minutes an only had 1 lamb chop, rice and spinach. I can’t believe we thought highly of coming here for this horrible experience. Not only that we had two of the same drinks and on the receipt there were two different prices. I would swear this was April fools but we were the fools for coming here!!!! Never Again
Don’t waste your time!!!!

I was so excited to be dining here tonight. I was being treated to a birthday dinner by my partner and we had very high hopes for this classy place we had been driving by practically every day for a couple years now. We weren’t sure if the dining met our dietary requirements but when we heard they did, we jumped at the opportunity!
We were one of the first people in the door (Mother’s day, Sunday evening) after they opened at 4 PM and the restaurant was sparkling! There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere, the booths and tables have been very well maintained and the floors were just as clean and classy as I had hoped.
We were famished and ordered our appetizer right away along with a soft drink for me. We got the spinach artichoke dip.
It took a while to come but let me tell you, it came piping hot! It was creamy, savory and slightly sour from the artichokes. All the chips were uniform in size and so fresh, toasted and crunchy! We were so impressed by the standard of service and attention to detail.
Our food came shortly after, we had ordered the lamb over couscous and stuffed chicken breast over a bed of rice in a saffron seasoned sauce. My husband’s lamb was shredded, tender and cooked perfectly. Big chunks of Zucchini, carrots, eggplant and other vegetables made for a beautiful and exciting presentation.
My sauce, rice and steamed vegetables were so delicious that I kept going back to them.
Unfortunately our happiness was short-lived. I cut into my chicken and found it to be so incredibly dry that it took my steak knife a few tries to get through. It was not juicy by itself, the sauce was needed to help add moisture to it. The outside had a tough crust to it that I ended up cutting away to eat the inner part that was not as dry (but still very dry).
My husband’s lamb was so overloaded with sodium that he requested pita bread to help make it palatable. I really wanted to request for our food to be fixed but we were so tired and so hungry, we couldn’t and didn’t have the strength to wait for them to be fixed.
Once my husband got towards the bottom of his plate with the help of the bread and avoiding the super salty sauce, he noticed something that looked like the skin of a red potato that ended up being a barcode sticker off of one of the eggplants.
I would maybe understand if we had come during a rush that something like this got overlooked, but it was around 4:15 pm when we had ordered our food. The closest to the start of food prep that a patron can be at this restaurant. Also, it’s a classy restaurant… How can quality control be so poor? Our total bill was around $90 for two entrees, a soft drink and an appetizer.
Disappointed is an understatement. We had just found a restaurant that had all the potential of being our go-to.
