I rarely write negative reviews, but the chicken at Casa Tua was honestly the worst I’ve ever had , especially at this price point.
Both chicken dishes were $38 each, and what we received was shockingly disappointing. The meat was extremely dry, to the point that even the thigh , typically the juiciest and most forgiving cut , was dry and stringy. The breast was overcooked and lacked any tenderness or flavor. There was no moisture, no richness, no depth , just dry poultry.
At $38 per plate, you expect restaurant-level precision and quality. Instead, it tasted like overcooked chicken you’d get from a rushed home kitchen. For a restaurant that positions itself as high-end, this was unacceptable.
Great ambiance, but the food, at least the chicken, did not justify the price. Very disappointing experience.

An amazing place, the service is wonderful, and the food is simply outstanding!!!
When even a child says it’s the best pizza and chocolate dessert, you know it’s special.
I personally loved the Miki salad with raw tuna, absolutely fantastic!
Highly recommended. This is truly a place where the joy of food is born.

The food here was incredible. Seriously, everything came out super fast, fresh, and full of flavor. For our first time visiting Casa Tua Cucina Brickell, the food alone made it feel like a great pick. The atmosphere was also really nice, clean, modern, and busy in a good way. If this review were only about the food and the environment, it would be an easy 5 stars.

The part that unfortunately brought the experience down was our server, Ginna P. She was hands-down one of the most disconnected and uninterested servers I’ve ever had. From the moment she greeted us, she seemed annoyed, lifeless, and honestly like she didn’t want to be there. After taking our order, she never came back to the table, not once. No check-ins, no refills, nothing. We literally had to figure out how to pay on our own because she disappeared completely.

What makes it worse is that they automatically add an 18% tip, which basically guarantees the servers get paid no matter the level of service they give. And with service like this, it feels frustrating to be forced to tip someone who didn’t do their job at all. It really took away from what was otherwise a great first visit.

Overall, the food and atmosphere were amazing, and I actually would come back, just not if Ginna P is the server again. She completely ruined the service side of the experience, which is really disappointing given how good everything else was.

Great location, great food, amazing service. I love this place! Fresh pastries, high end coffee and drinks, delicious pasta, incredible steak. Also, Brickell City Center is a great place to dine and shop. Everything you need is here from upscale (Saks)to affordable shopping (Zara). Highly recommend!

A really lovely restaurant that focuses on the overall experience. The interior is beautifully decorated and the music creates a pleasant atmosphere.

The team is friendly and attentive and the table settings feel warm and charming.
You can tell that every detail of the service is thoughtfully put together.

My server, Paola H., was especially friendly.

The food is delicious and made with soul, and the coffee is excellent.

The only downside, especially for a restaurant of this level, is that they use paper napkins instead of real cloth ones.

An exceptional establishment where every detail is meticulously thought out. It’s clear that they prioritize the happiness of their customers and, more importantly, their employees over profit. Every dish was flawless. A huge thank you to everyone involved, especially our server Nathaly and her assistant Angel for their incredible hospitality

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented — every bite felt fresh and authentic. Service was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. While the atmosphere could use a little more charm, the quality of the food and care from the staff truly shine. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Outstanding food and a very nice environment. The wait staff seemed a bit annoyed for some reason, and it did affect the overall experience. The portion sizes are on the smaller side—not necessarily a problem, just something to keep in mind if you’re very hungry. The food itself is excellent, and the place is beautiful with a comfortable atmosphere for dining.

I paid $36 for 8 pieces of ravioli (and then extra for tax and mandatory 18% tip). Wasn’t enough to get full. Very small portions, but high prices. And the service and atmosphere weren’t that good either: it’s just a big overpriced cafeteria where you share your table and sit elbow to elbow with other people.

The food itself was pretty good, chefs did a good job. I just wish I got more bang for my buck and didn’t leave hungry.

Quick note: mandatory 18% service charge (no matter party size)

Phenomenal! The handmade pasta was truly divine. I had the Cacio e Pepe, with octopus as an appetizer. Everything came out extremely fast. The flavors were exquisite

This upscale dining experience was surprisingly affordable, coming in around $100 for two mains, two coffees and an appetizer.
