This Casa Tequila restaurant is located in the same building as the Wild Game. This venue invokes a very welcoming atmosphere that showcases what it’s like to be in Mexico. Went there for an early dinner. Was greeted right away and walked to our table. The dining areas have lots of room between tables and there are booths in the dining area. You also have high tops and bar seating if you choose in the bar room. The menu has a big variety of options to choose from and is organized by appetizers , proteins , soups , etc to make it easy to pick your selections . The food was delicious and served nicely displayed. The portions are large and the food is served at the temperature they are supposed to be. Andres and Angelique were wonderful staff people who served us. Very happy, very hospitable, and quick at serving and checking to see if we needed anything , moreover asked if everything was good. Ask for them as say Michelle sent you. The bathrooms are clean and located across the hall from the restaurant area. There are merchandise you can buy on display. Since it’s in the same building as the Wild Game , there is an arcade and bowling alley you can go to after or before your meal. There’s plenty of free parking.

The food is the best Mexican we’ve found in the Denver metro area! My husband’s favorite dish is the Chipotle Pollo and mine is the Pork de Puerco. Absolutely delicious!

OK not only is it super cute parking is great but Trish my waitress was fabulous. Super sweet checked on us often. The enchiladas were fantastic with the bacon wrapped shrimp. Also very good I was just so full from the enchilada I did not get to finish it all. Chips and dip as normal dropped off ahead of time but I will also point out. I had a Long Island iced tea that was absolutely one of the best ones that I have had in a long time tasted perfectly. So that is what I would suggest having enchiladas along with the Long Island iced tea.

Loved this place, atmosphere was fantastic and there were two men performing live music and the one who was singing was really good!
Chips and salsa were great. (First round is free but refills are $2)
We ordered the combo appetizer and that’s where I discovered the chicken Taquitos and wow I sure loved those, I would come back and order those again!
For mains my husband had the chicken nachos and I had the Mexican flag enchiladas (the pork being my favorite of the three and not really caring for the chicken or ground beef)
Both of the mains we thought were okay but the side of rice and beans that came with my enchiladas were great!
I recommend this place and I would steer everyone to the chicken taquitos!

Probably the best Mexican food in Evergreen! Would love to give it 5 stars if the margaritas were stronger and the service wasn’t so spotty (often times no one around for 10 minutes at a stretch). We will go back.

Service had been decent there in the past and one time my enchiladas were decent but every other time the food has been not good. Most recently it tasted not fresh and my stomach didn’t thank me for it. There was also a random piece of old chicken in my vegetarian dish, possibly from not cleaning the grill? I’m not a vegetarian luckily but I like good dairy, particularly cheese, but their cheese is sub-par here. Interestingly, I’ve also been to the Casa Tequila’s in Denver and they do a way better job there—everything is always fresh…even the tea at the Evergreen location didn’t even taste like tea, it was almost as if it tasted slightly alcoholic or something. I’m going to avoid returning to this location.

Big menu with decent food. The bar has several TVs and they maintain their later hours making it a dependable place if you want to catch the end of the game.

When you walk in the door the decor is awesome and everything is clean. First star already earned. When the meal starts with fresh mind blowing salsa and optional fresh roasted habanero pepper salsa… you know it’s going to be good. The enchiladas were big and flavorful with tender steak and chicken. The burrito was amazing and the beans and rice are exactly how they should be. You have to try it!
