What a great place for authentic freshly made food. You do wait for it to be made but it’s worth that wait to know everything is made when ordered and not sitting around getting old. I love the tacos dorados! My friends burrito was gigantic! And the margaritas were excellent.

I’ve been here several times and everytime it’s fantastic food now I’m not going to try to spell anything but everything is great the service is great and the atmosphere is laid back I started coming here because the owner is a football fan, so I would come in to watch a game or two!!! But rather than keep saying how great everything is… here’s some pictures… I love taking pictures of Mexican food it’s really colorful ️

Guac was just mashed avacado, ceviche was not as pictured on uber eats and tasted only of tomato paste, all 3 meats I ordered were dry but edible except for the al pastor which was burnt. Bag was leaking on arrival and was missing an order of beans and a tostada that was for the ceviche.

I placed an order on doordash of two orders of the birria tacos. The picture on the website shows 3 tacos and consome, so I’m assuming i’m going to get 6 tacos and two orders of consome. I waited over an hour for my food, just for it to arrive with just two tacos. I called the restaurant just for the manager to tell me that i ordered the single tacos and not the combo, but what the picture shows on the website is the combo which is their mistake, not mine. there also is no option for a combo on the website. He offered no real solution, luckily I got a refund through doordash. The two tacos I received were tasty, however I don’t think I will be returning due to their lack of a clear menu and the unprofessionalism of the staff.

so since my original review, they have since updated their doordash page to reflect the proper menu. I appreciated that they actually took what I said into consideration and decided to give them another shot. I’ve ordered two more times with not issues and as I mentioned before the food is very good!

The food was amazing with big portions! I ordered the carne asada plate and birria combo for pick up. The consome for the birria was very well packaged so it wouldn’t spill in my bag. To me, that was extremely thoughtful– giving the fact that some restaurants wouldn’t care and would just throw it in a bag. At Casa Tequila, they saran wrapped the consome and my beans for the asada plate. The food was worth every dime. The customer service was excellent as well.
