Food is just amazing!!!
A lot of choices and everything is very delicious.
I’m not a drinker but 2 other girl had margaritas and they said they were very good and even the small glass was huge!
The only complaint that I will have is a server, every time he came to table it seems like he wanted to leave, like he didn’t liked too many questions.
One of the girls was asking for margarita and he was going to leave before she finished. She had to stop him which is not the way the server should be.
Hope that base on the pictures and the fact we were there on Sunday Sep 1 late afternoon manger will be able to figure out who the server was and correct him for next guests.

We wanted to try a new place while looking for lunch options before going to the Outlet stores. We selected this Mexican place in the downtown area of Williamsburg. They had many menu options to choose from and even some unique ones. I do wish they used better chorizo and they didn’t overcook their carne asada. I am not sure why they cook that so long. More flavor and tenderness could be enjoyed if cooking time or process was improved.

Great food, clean restaurant, great service. Would definitely go again! Was pleasantly surprised!

Update:
Visited Casa Tequila for lunch, service was fast, food was delicious, restaurant was dirty (huge pieces of food under and around tables) . I was only patron in restaurant. Server was sitting at bar on his phone entire time. Server turned down music and turned up TV that was a Spanish sports channel. Server never came and checked on me to see if I needed anything or if my food was okay. Although everything was delicious, I don’t think I will return to restaurant.

I was hopeful when I saw good reviews only to be very disappointed. They were out of chips on a Saturday night and nobody ever said a word until we finally were able flag someone down a waitress, not our waitress. We waited for a significant amount of time for just our waters. Then never saw our waitress again until after our food came out when we had to ask for silverware. After that, she completely disappeared for the rest of the visit. Absolutely horrible service. Food was ok.

Really great food! When our group came in, there was a mess on the floor around the table we were sat at. My initial thought was, there was a funny smell. However, the food was the best we’ve had. We were on our annual “taco tour” and stopped at four Mexican restaurants, and this was definitely the best.

Generous portions, quick service and very tasty! We loved our meal here. We got the mixed Fajitas (not pictured) and made this little taco out of it.

Also appreciated the reasonable price!

Great food during times when they’re not busy. When they are busy the food is still good but not as great as normal. A little lacking. I also got a drink for the first time the other day…. if you’re one for a strong margarita then you’ll like it, I couldn’t.

I was here yesterday to grab dinner as I often do and the food was delicious but the service was horrible, I’ve never experienced anything like this at this place, but this guy who served me was talking badly about women’s physical appearance, pointing out imperfections in Spanish, but I speak Spanish and could understand him, then when I needed help he was sitting down and I had to ask for help from another guy who had served me before who was very kind as always. I had to ask this guy the name of my waiter and he told me his name was Gustavo. What an unprofessional guy. I’m very disappointed. I don’t know if I want to eat at this place again where they’re going to criticize my physique. And I’m really not a person who likes to complain because I know how bad it is to damage a restaurant’s name, but I didn’t like the way this guy spoke loudly and vulgarly, talking about a woman’s imperfections.

What a great spot. Delicious food and a new favorite for everyone. We got Fajitas, Tacos El Carbon, kids steak taco, one chicken taco, seafood burrito, shrimp cocktail thing, margaritas, kids watermelon slushy, grilled shrimp plate. The server took our child’s order and brought their food out first, and was so friendly to everyone. They got all the orders correct, and everything was delicious. Avocados were properly ripe and all the shrimp was very succulent and perfectly cooked. The meal started with chips and delicious salsa and were enough to feed a crowd. The serving sizes were ginormous. Really a kid-and family- friendly spot. Margaritas were perfect.

Jen and I came through Williamsburg after a long day of sightseeing, shopping and enjoying the sunny day together. We saw two 4.4 to 4.5 star Mexican restaurants in Williamsburg and picked the first one we saw. (We will try the other one next time.) It was great food, from the chips and salsa to the beer selections and the small town ambience. Oh, and the Stuffed Pineapple was a delight. We split it and it was more than we could eat. All around a delightful experience. 5 stars!
