Casa Olé is the kind of spot that proves a great meal doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated. The atmosphere is welcoming the moment you walk in, and the staff keeps things moving with friendly, efficient service. It’s easy to relax here, whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or settling in with friends.

The food hits that perfect balance of comforting and flavorful, and the prices make it even better. Their lunch specials are especially strong—good portions, plenty of variety, and a bill that feels almost old-school in the best way. The chips, salsa, and their well-loved green sauce come out fast and fresh, and it’s hard not to empty the basket before your meal even arrives. The queso is a standout and has become a favorite: smooth, rich, and consistently satisfying.

Everything from enchiladas to fajitas arrives hot and well-prepared, with the kind of familiar taste that builds regulars. And then there are the margaritas—affordable, balanced, and reliably good, the sort of drink that keeps the table in a cheerful mood.

Casa Olé doesn’t try to reinvent anything. It just delivers great food, great service, and great value, which is exactly why it earns repeat visits. David and Carlos are the best waiters, ask for them.

This place is Highly recommended to stop by and grab a bite to eat! The food was fresh hot and fast! Our server Sebatien was on top of it from explanation of the menu items, to AMAZING service! If you thought of what you need he was there to top off the drinks and give any assistance you had in mind! He was like a service Genie! There right when you thought of what is needed! Highly recommended! If you need a fresh, Hot and Fast meal this place is the spot! They have an amazing chip dip they give you right when you sit down, it’s a sour cream with guacamole and cilantro mix of delicious-ness!!! We are definitely going to come back and hope we get Sebatien again! Thank you guys for a lovely dinner experience!

Casa Ole catered a birthday celebration for us, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish had that authentic, comforting Tex-Mex taste you hope for, with vibrant seasonings and generous portions.

The biggest surprise for me was the chicken fajitas. I am usually a beef-only person when it comes to fajitas, but the chicken was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It was seasoned perfectly and grilled to perfection, making it just as satisfying—if not more—than the beef I typically order. The rice, beans, tortillas, and sides complemented everything beautifully, and our guests kept going back for seconds.

Beyond the food, the service was equally impressive. The team was professional, punctual, and organized, making the catering process seamless and stress-free. Everything was set up on time and presented attractively, which made hosting so much easier for us.

If you are looking for authentic, delicious Mexican Tex-Mex cuisine with reliable and polished service, Casa Ole is an excellent choice. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was, and we cannot wait to repeat the experience for our next celebration.

I’ve been to a lot of Tex-Mex spots, but Casa Olé really stands out. The vibe is laid back and welcoming. It’s just a good, easy place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Right when I walked in, the staff was friendly and on point, and everything just felt comfortable.

If it wasn’t for Carlos’ great service and personality, we would’ve left. After being seated, we waited quite a while before the guy who was supposed to be our waiter finally brought chips and salsa but didn’t bother about drinks. Carlos noticed from a distance and brought waters and apologized and at first said he’d help out, then said he’d just be our waiter. He definitely turned our experience around.
The food was just meh, and green salsa had a weird blue-ish hue so of course we didn’t touch it. I’m glad I use straws bcz it wasn’t until we were done that I noticed lipstick on the rim of my cup (GROSS!). I haven’t eaten at a Casa Ole in over 15 years, but was craving TexMex enchiladas, and Iguana Ranas and Gringo’s were super packed. That’s how we ended up here.
I’m grateful for Carlos being attentive and acknowledging and apologizing throughout our visit. Even though we won’t be back, he’s very much appreciated.

Anyone who grew up in the 90’s in Houston should know how good Casa Ole is and how irreplaceable it is on the greater scheme of Tex Mex food.

I have yet to find a restaurant that can beat their cheese enchiladas, something so simple you would think, but I have yet to see it replicated even close. Even trying to make it myself at home. This also applies to the green sauce.

The worst part is I see more and more Casa Oles disappearing from the landscape, and this is nothing short of a tragedy. I live in the medical center and I will drive all the way out to Pearland to get my food.

This one in particular is the closest you will get to that time in the 90’s and like a unicorn it should be preserved and venerated for what it is, lest it be a memory of a time long gone. They do it correctly.

The staff is nice and you get that small town feel at this location in particular and the food is perfection. The prices are excellent as well.

If any of this resonates with you then you should definitely give this location your patronage and pass it down a generation and hopefully this chain will make a comeback in our city.

The purpose for a lot of my reviews is to give a roadmap for people to follow to create their own version of home, these places are mine and here for you to enjoy.

All around mid. Food was sloppy and felt low quality. Margaritas tasted like mix and we were charged for large, instead of the small we got. Flavor was strange in the soda. I came here because I hadn’t been in a while, but hopefully will remember this experience when I think about coming again in what will likely be, several more years.

My husband and I came on a Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. We got drinks and food which were really good. I really enjoyed the creamy green sauce that comes with the chips. I also appreciated that there were options for eating healthier. I would definitely come back.

Grease anyone? Enough to polish your breakfast table… Well, order the sopapillas and see what I’m talking about. This isn’t an anomaly either because one of the staff said this is normal for Casa Ole’s sopapillas. You have been warned. Don’t bother asking for a refund. They don’t have the technology to process a refund while you are there, but they were able to process my payment with just a tap and tip. Leave your name, card information and telephone number. They will call you when the refund is processed. No thank you, I will take the edible furniture polish back home and trash it.
