Came here for the first time. I wanted my teriyaki to be soft and fresh so I did not call ahead on purpose. I went inside and placed an order to go. Rice is not your typical fried Japanese rice. It tastes like a brown, healthy rice. Which I guess it’s a good thing if you are wanting a healthier version. I was hoping for the real Japanese fried rice like from Japanese Kitchen. I wanted dark meat and asked to be sure that their Teriyaki Chicken Bowl would be dark meat. The host went to confirm and the waitress said it would be pieces of chicken thighs. I got breast which was extremely dry with no extra teriyaki sauce to dip it in. It did not taste freshly made either. So I’m not sure why I had to wait 15 minutes if it was not freshly cooked. I wanted to go back and return the food. However, I was on my lunch and did not have enough time. I will not be returning.

Nice to finally see a sushi place in Sanger. The rolls that I got we’re good. Sat at the bar and got served right away. Didn’t have to wait too long. Food is decently priced if you compare it to Fresno. I would definitely go back again.

BOMB! (≧▽≦)Food art you can eat! Tastes like…WoW!! Very nice staff. Kick back atmosphere. Laid back vibe. Not too stuffy.(◠‿◕) They serve alcohol. Seating options are bar or table. Located in Wal Mart parking lot, very back by O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Sanger. The owner is one of the chefs. Call ahead for pick up/take out.

This place is kind of a parody of a Japanese restaurant. The rolls aren’t good. The chicken/beef rice bowls are alright. The service is the polar opposite of Japan. Here the cooks will try to roast you and belittle you instead of showing respect. I’ve spent thousands of dollars in here and the last time I was here they were snickering at me and calling me a “beta”. I guess real alphas become obese and run a deep fryer all day. The waitresses can’t be tipped and it shows. You kind of seat yourself, force an order in, and don’t really get anything else from the waitress. And God forbid you try to show up in the last hour they’re open, the owner will ask if you’ll take it to go. Drive the extra 15 minutes and get some amazing asian food at LA Kitchen or one of the many other traditional Japanese restaurants in Fresno.

My new favorite place! Our food was absolutely delicious every single bit of it and we had 2 full orders. Best customer service hands down I have ever had. They called when they had questions about our order which is unheard of in restaurants anymore. They forgot some of our food so I had to go back but honestly I’m not upset at all he gave me a drink for messing up and they called me to let me know they forgot some of the order. Again unheard of normally restaurants don’t care or fight you on the fact they didn’t mess up. The guy working the register was the nicest guy and such a gentleman. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Bento boxes were huge. Sushi rolls were made to perfection and so fresh tasting. Spicy sauce and fried rice were on point. Not a single complaint from our huge family. I am so impressed and we will absolutely be back.
