I wish I could say the dessert was the highlight of my night but it wasn’t. It was the 10/10 above and beyond service from Mari. She was so attentive and accommodating checking in to be sure we were okay on our girl’s night. She shared stories with us and made a very memorable first time experience. I wasn’t thrilled on the fried icecream because the description is misleading but with Mari’s service I will most definitely give it another shot and try something else. The fruit flies tainted me wanting to order more items and I know with the Summer season, this can be hard to control. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled good like lemons. I would suggest to change the description of the fried ice cream. This is a waffle bowl filled with ice cream inside and toppings added. There was nothing rolled and fried at all inside or on top but still okay. It wasn’t the best or the worse and if I’d known I would’ve ordered something else. It isn’t very sweet either so that’s not a bad thing just needed more flavor.

I started going to this restaurant a lot more often they have great carnita tacos flavorful seasoned to perfection the beans are so flavorful just like making them at home the rice is cooked to perfection who ever is in the kitchen knows what they are doing with every ingredient I met a young lady who took care of my order Sandra is her name shes great! her customer service skills are excellent she is attentive friendly always in good spirits I always feel welcomed and I’ve only been there 3 times but it feels like I’ve been going forever I go for the food but it’s nice to have friendly faces welcoming you at there location in Bolingbrook!

We’ve gotten delivery & takeout from here many times, as it’s our daughter’s favorite frijoles in the area. We (parents) also like the food here more than other Mexican restaurants in the Naperville/Bolingbrook area. Our favorites include the tacos w/ shredded beef, the shrimp w/ garlic, and the tilapia + shrimp. The staff is also very friendly & helpful, especially Sandra. I recommend calling to order and going there to pick up as then you can ask for customizations that are awkward to do on delivery sites.

We went here to have dinner, I ordered a steak ( giant ) burrito, when it arrived it was 1/2 the size of other restraunts that I go to. There was an upcharge of $2.99 for steak. The salsas they had were terrible and I asked if I could have some salsa verde and it too was terrible and served hot. The beans tasted burnt and the rice was flavorless. The soda I had was $4.49. I only ate half of the burrito because it was not good. I will never go back here. The waitress could barely understand what we were saying. Just not a good experience.

When I say great service, I mean it! Nicolas was a great server today at this restaurant. The host was helpful at the front door as well, she helped me find my party that had already arrived. The food was great and not to mention how tasty the salsa was. FYI it’s not your usual red sauce and chips as shown in picture.

Decent Mexican food at a reasonable price. Generally speaking you may have to wait a few minutes on weekends. They don’t take reservations. Service is above average to good. They will give you complementary chips and salsa once you are seated. As far as food is concerned you have multiple options to pick from. My recommendation is their Carne Asada. They also have some vegetarian options in the menu. Additionally there is sufficient parking. If you are looking for a low key nite out I would recommend this place.
