The restaurant was nice and clean, the service was okay, they lack food presentation. The plate was poorly placed together. We ordered mole with rice and beans and received two drumsticks for chicken not even a large piece very sad. We were a party of three and we had chosen two different kinds of tortillas they mixed all the tortillas in one tortilla holder. In order to get one flour tortilla I had to touch the other tortillas because they were at the bottom, not good at all. They could have place them in foil and give them to each person individually. The restroom was clean it had enough paper supplies but the door wouldn’t close. There’s plenty of parking in the plaza. I noticed that it started getting busy around 7:00 p.m. And I heard that for breakfast it gets really full after 8:00 a.m.. Overall the mole sauce was sweet and delicious.

I visited with a large group of 10 adults and 8 kids. While we understood that seating a group our size might take some time, the experience quickly became uncomfortable due to negative behavior from the staff.
We were willing to wait, but we received judgmental looks and rude comments, which was surprising and disappointing, as paying customers should feel welcomed and respected. At one point, the staff didn’t realize my husband was part of our group, and because I had stepped away, they made inappropriate comments implying we were being unreasonable for not informing them in advance. They even made hand gestures suggesting we should leave.
It was disheartening to feel unwelcome in a place we had come to enjoy. Unfortunately, based on this experience, our group will not be returning. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment to treat all guests with courtesy, regardless of group size.
