Recently came to this Baskin Robbins because I had a huge craving for ice cream, and this location was extremely convenient as its inside a shopping plaza! As soon as I walked in, Alexa greeted me with an amazing and positive attitude!! She was patient and understanding of me whilst I was trying to figure out my order, as well as introduced me to ice cream combinations I never would of thought of!! Alexa made my experience at an ice cream shop magical, and I will definitely come back for more in the future.

I visited Baskin Robbins recently because I’m pregnant and, well, ice cream was calling my name (loudly). I was a little overwhelmed trying to pick just one flavor—because let’s face it, pregnancy cravings don’t do well with limits. Thankfully, Alexa and Seriah were total lifesavers. They were so patient with my indecisiveness and even suggested the ice cream flight when I couldn’t narrow it down—because why pick one when you can have several, right? These two were the absolute sweetest (pun intended), and their service was top-notch. Highly recommend coming here—especially if your cravings are as bossy as mine!

The girl working today aug 7 @4:15 was so sweet and helpful I was advised to get wild sorbet over watermelon sorbet and glad I listened to her it’s my top fav now !!!! Great customer service !!!

Don’t go to this location!!! Service was horrible. Not clean & bug on my cake! After waiting forever for the worker to write “happy birthday” on the cake (he stopped mid way to take a long phone order & by this time there was 4 different families waiting which he never acknowledged) once I got the cake I went to the car & my husband (the birthday boy) saw there was a dead bug in the middle of the cake. I immediately went back inside & the worker offered to remove the bug and give me the same cake back. He wasn’t even surprised about the bug & not apologetic. Disgusting !!!! Sadly that was the last Oreo cake in that size. I had to get a smaller cake which was too small. I didn’t even get writing on it because of the many many people waiting & I had already been in the store over 15 min. I contacted corporate to advise them of this experience and they could care less. They said a manager would contact me but never did.
