I met some family here for lunch, we had a party of eight. This was the first time any of us had eaten here. We had a terrific experience. The food and the service were excellent, the servers were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be eating here again.

Wonderful Mexican food and service in Gas City, IN. Met our Ball state student here for dinner Jan 2023 We didn’t have alcoholic drinks but the chips, salsa and beans were very good. The service was great. It’s better than other places in much bigger cities!!

However, after going to over 79 Mexican restaurants. This one was a breathe of fresh air. Although the food was straight typical of any Mexican restaurant that uses a blender at mach speed to make their salsa. It did happen to do something 1out of 30 actually do. They actually remade my fajita to go and remadeitt twice to meet my medium rare fajita request. Very surprised. My server while I satcat the bar did wonderful. Its busy as heck so I’m shocked. Top 3% of all Mexican restaurants I have been to and I have been to at least one in every state. Gas city is doing great in my book

Just as we finished our mediocre meal, a woman jumped up from a booth and said there was a cockroach on the wall. Sure enough, there it was. A server killed it and moved the table and another one was on the wall as well. I should have known they had a bug issue because we saw a woman swatting flies with a bug zapper
in the kitchen after we ordered our food. The service was great, food was ok at best. Will not ever be back! Happy Father’s Day to me!

If you’re hungry, in the mood for authentic Mexican food, and anywhere close to Gas City, you have to eat here. The staff are fantastic. The Margarita was amazing, I even got to purchase the glass! I should have eaten in the restaurant because the place was busy and the atmosphere was fun and friendly. However, the food was amazing, even in a hotel room by lamplight. The chicken chimi did not disappoint. My only criticism would be that I asked for it to be as spicy as they could make it and only got fresh jalapeno. Still, definitely worth every penny spent.

Second time dining here during visits to Taylor University. The Cadillac marg is so good. Chips and salsa to start are fresh and warm. Steak is a little tough so go with the shrimp and chicken instead. Cheese sauce over the dishes melds the flavors together. Service is attentive and food came out quickly. Recommended!
