I ordered a large order, 3 orders looked the same chicken, shrimp , crab and shrimp fried tortilla. None of the food was labeled and one person is allergic to crab. Also the cheese sauce was missing and when we called Martin the manager of this establishment, he was not nice or helpful and said it was our fault for not telling the business, to label what food they put into each container. Since the manager doesn’t care I decided to post a review of the service.

There’s a few locations throughout Richmond. They are a pretty solid Mexican joint. My kids absolutely love Casa Grande. Service is typically pretty good and food is usually served fairly quickly. Pretty standard menu throughout I don’t think anything really stands out or is exciting or different on the menu. Just very consistent with good quality Mexican food. They typically will have some sort of happy hour with the Margaritas which my wife enjoys. Can’t go wrong with the place never had anything that was bad have eaten there for years. Dislocations pretty good size and with a bar. Do you want some good Mexican food don’t think you can go wrong with this place.

That was the worst experience in a Mexican restaurant ever! Casa Grande used to be good! We should have turned around when we walked into an empty place at 5:15… Unfortunately we stayed! The tortilla chips were inedible for me, but my husband was able to eat some covered up with salsa. They were probably three or four day old tortillas cooked in really old oil. Gross! But we ordered. The waiter couldn’t even get the order right. They put squeeze cheese on the taco salad even though it was ordered with shredded. The tacos that I ordered a la carte he brought with beans and rice. The tortillas weren’t cooked all the way and the meat was dry. I at least ate the meat, but couldn’t touch the tortillas more than a bite or two. My husband ate the salad, but it was terrible. Even the beans were yucky. When the waiter finally came back, we told the waiter that it was terrible and could we speak to a manager. He laughed at us! What?? We told him not to laugh at us and again asked for the manager, he said he would tell the kitchen. He then brought the bill to the table. My husband told him we weren’t paying full price for that he still didn’t off the manager, so my husband asked if it was OK to not pay anything. The waiter said YES! Wait, what?? We are truly in the twilight zone! So, he asked are you sure it’s ok to just leave. He said yes again, so we left! That’s just crazy! We certainly weren’t going to pay full price, but never would have left it like that without the waiter saying it was fine twice! Hopefully we don’t get sick, it really was that bad!

Casa Grande…located in a strip mall near Target was DELICIOUS!. While waiting for my takeout we sat at the bar had 1 margarita on the rocks. They also provide chips and salsa, Perfect. I ordered Tacos Carne Asada to go to share with my daughter. Oh my the flavor was on point, better than some of the high priced Mexican restaurants I have been to. My to go had 3 Tacos…rice & beans.. chips…salsa…very tasty. We will be back. Thank you. Oh and the service was GREAT!

I absolutely LOVED it there. I went there for lunch and the food was to dye for. I tried something new and loved it. I had the shrimp quesadilla. When I got my plate, omg it was full, it was worth the price. I am a very picky eater and when I say I cleaned my plate lol I cleaned my plate. Everything was so good!! The price was right too. I will definitely go back

The shell on my hard shell taco was from a box – I’ve never experienced that before at a ‘Mexican restaurant’. Everything else was ok and the people were nice. Ortega hard shell tacos from the grocery store?! Sad.

Our order was taken and then took an HOUR to bring out the WRONG FOOD. We ended up leaving before our correct food even arrived due to the absolutely absurd wait time and dreadfully unhelpful staff. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
