A Mexican restaurant in Holly Springs, MS that also serves burgers and pasta? I was very skeptical, to say the least. I was ready to be sorely disappointed. Oh “ye of little faith!” I stand corrected. Casa Fiesta offers flavorful and hearty Mexican fare. Their guac is excellent, the fajitas are above average, and their quesadillas are very good. All very fresh and plentiful. And the service was both courteous and efficient. And to top it off, the price tag is very reasonable. We were favorably surprised by Casa Fiesta!

This is a really nice and clean restaurant that makes a good first impression as soon as you walk in. ✨ Everything looks well maintained and comfortable, which makes the whole dining experience more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they treated us with kindness throughout the visit.
The food was fresh and tasted really good. You could tell that care was put into preparing the meals, and everything came out just right. ️ Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good service and tasty food. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future!

We ordered to go today because we had our dog so we just ate on the tailgate of our truck
We had a steak fajita quesadilla, steak burrito wrap and a kids cheese quesodilla. I was greeted immediately and staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us cutlery, chips and salsa / queso as well. They offered me a seat to wait and even held the door open for me.
Overall we liked everything we ate and if we find ourselves in Holly Springs again we would go back.

This place is on the square in Holly Springs, MS. It had only been open a few weeks as of May, 2025. I was very satisfied with every aspect of this place. Excellent service, very nice staff, very professionally run and efficient. Service is very fast, so if you want to have a drink or two before dinner, wait to place your food order. Very wide selection of food including burgers, BBQ, pastas, and such in addition to a huge variety of awesome Mexican food. I had a 2 pound steak, egg, and potato burrito wrap with a side of fries. Brought half of it to go. 18 dollars including a 20% plus tip. Drinks were seperate, but equally reasonably priced. Would have fed 2 really hungry people. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Tower of margaritas was really cool and would serve 3 or 4 people at least 2 drinks.

Tried out this new Mexican spot and was really impressed! We ordered the egg rolls, barbecue fries, birria tacos, and a chicken quesadilla—everything was full of flavor and freshly made. The egg rolls and BBQ fries were especially unique and tasty. The birria tacos were good, but could’ve been even better with a bit more seasoning and definitely more consommé (one ounce just isn’t enough!). Still, we’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. Great start for a new place!
