Been going to this restaurant since I lived in Pembroke Pines years ago and recently revisited after many years. The quality of the food has declined a bit, but still satisfying. The service, food and atmosphere is great. I highly recommend ordering the ham croquettes! They are creamy, crispy and savory!

☹️Extremely disappointed by the false advertising at this restaurant. Their website still heavily promotes a live Flamenco show, which was the main reason we chose this spot, but when we asked, we were told that they haven’t hosted one in quite some time.
The pricing is steep, with most entries over $40. While these are intended as plates to share, portions are decent and good flavor, the sangria pitch $50. with that price we could have gotten a good bottle of wine and at least we knew what we were getting for the price. The experience with service was not pleasant, our waiter was inattentive, when placing the order he seen paying attention to something else and them completely forgot three plates from our order. Furthermore, the Lacon plate was unappetizingly prepared, served with excessive skin and hair still on the pork . So as common now with many places, all those good ratings are questionable. We won’t be returning!

We arrived at 6pm for happy hour with seating at the bar or patio. The menu features tapas for $5 and 2-for-1 drinks that includes wine, sangria and beer but in smaller servings. When the sangria arrived I was surprised at the serving size. It wasn’t as small as I imagined it. The food was served hot and was comparable to other Spanish restaurants. The aioli served with several plates was disappointing and tasted like plain mayo. I wasn’t thrilled with the service from our server who seemed timid or was inexperienced. There was also not much of a vibe. There was only one other table occupied which was surprising for a Wed. for happy hour. I think if they step up their service it could definitely make it worth it. I may consider another visit but not anytime soon.

Service was slow, table felt like it was in the way of the walking area, food was very meh especially for the price. Croquettes were yummy but definitely small and not worth for the price. Overall disappointed :/

Excellent Spanish hidden gem in Pembroke Pines! The Tempranillo paired beautifully with the entrecot and the seafood dish. Waiter was polite and professional.

Enjoyed an incredible dinner at Casa España! From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding, we had the jamon iberico croquettes, garbanzos fritos and seafood paella and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Desserts are made in house (congrats to Paco!!) and our server David was super attentive.
While the prices were a bit higher, the quality of the food and service made it well worth the splurge. Taking into account that we both had drinks (sangria was very good) and desserts (totally recommend the turron mousse and tarta de Santiago) the bill was not that expensive. Highly recommend for a special occasion or anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience!
