Exelent Food, Great customer service. I have being to one of La Chiquita Restaurants before but I decided to give this location a try with my family. The experience was amazing, the waiter were very polite and the managers were very generous with their time making sure everything was okay in my table. My family was looking for a nice beef soup after a long time of following a strict diet and we were very happy with the soup that we gout. Everything was amazing. Will be very happy to come back soon. #letsguide

To be completely honest and fair, we ordered tacos for take-out and the service was quick, and the waiter who helped us was very nice! The tacos just weren’t that great. They didn’t have a lot of flavor and the portion size was pretty small for the price. The inside of the restaurant was super clean and pretty though! I’d be willing to try the place again, maybe just order something else next time.

No one welcomes customers at door and wait staff need to be more attentive.
Food came out quiet cold and I had a to ask the check because they did not pay attention to our table.
Napkins need to be nicely cleaned and pressed.
The manager on sight seemed to be too busy on her phone most of the time we were there
Hope things get better.
This is not a complain just a constructive criticism.

We went to eat at la chiquita on a friday around noon my wife and son. WE LOVED IT. For the first time I had a drink that could last my whole meal & I had a carné asada. It came with some beans, tortilla , tomatoes in dice and some rice. Everything was well cooked. The server were very respectful, attentive, helpful and were very assistant. I came for pupusas and left with chicken tacos. Service was fast and the location was clean. My order was take out although I’d definitely return for dine in. Honestly the flavor of the tortilla overpowered the experience. I dont know what the issue was but the chicken was “eh” and there was just cilantro and raw vidalia onions with salsa verse on the side. I expected more honestly. I would give it a second chance but in all honesty I expected alot more since this place came recommended. Trying not to be negative and by no means am I discouraging anyone from trying this restaurant out. My first time wasn’t amazing but I’m sure it’ll be better next time✌

Fajitas do not come with enough tortillas. Provided only one tortilla. Good taste decent. Service was slow although the restaurant was not busy. Long wait. Trouble communicating and receive order ( language barrier). Have been serviced while dining in and had take out. Recommend visiting any of the many spots in this area that serve the same cuisine.

The experience is great!, back then it used to be La chiquita. They bought the place and named it LA CAVERNA. And let me tell you this place is amazing they just remodeled the place too its been a week and the new Ambient feels great and welcoming. Highly recommended they are currently hiring more staff since its much much bigger now. I can just imagine the super bowl here would be intense. Very recommended definitely coming here more often!!!

It is a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. They also try to get you to order drinks and desserts if you are only there for food. Very insistent. The food tasted good. The waitress misheard our drink order and brought out one with ice, when we requested with no ice. And my drink was a banana milkshake, when I asked her a strawberry and banana milkshake. Could improve in ensuring to have the right order.
