We were in town for a concert and this little gem was across the street from the venue. The atmosphere was cozy, our young waitress was very sweet and very attentive to myself and my hubby. The drinks were good. Our meal was delicious. I had the manicotti’s. They were so good! My hubby had the risotto and he enjoyed it. It was a large portion. We shared a Cesar salad which was good also. We also tried the mussels, again food was amazing. Then we decided we had a little room for cherry cheese cake to share, yummy.
Our experience was very good up until an older waitress took over and served us our dessert then came with the bill. She handed my hubby the Interac machine and it read $183.26, he looked over to her for the receipt so he could see all the charges and she held it in her hand. He looked it over and questioned “oh why is the tip all ready on the machine?” She said “I didn’t touch anything”and she held the receipt in her hand. Then she handed him our receipt and which read $143.26. I told her he didn’t touch the machine either. She took the machine and removed the tip that she added ($40) herself and put the machine back to the tip percentage so he could add his own tip. Seems a little shady to me.
We would defiantly go back because the food was very good. If there’s an event going on I would recommend making reservations as it’s not a large dinning area. But double check your receipts, and that they match the machine.

I had the eggplant parmigiana and it was incredible. Perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and so satisfying. My husband had the chicken parm and loved it too. The service was friendly and attentive, and the patio was such a great spot to enjoy dinner.

This is my go to place for pizza. I usually get the 18” Diavola pizza. It’s a sleeper for pizza but those that know, know…. This place in my opinion is better than a lot of the new trendy pizza places that have popped up in the last few years. The pizza is always made fresh to order. The crust is neither too thick nor too thin and has the perfect amount of chew. The crust isn’t soggy either so you’re not dealing with a floppy pizza.
The best part is the pizza here is very reasonably priced.

Got the special of the day with my boyfriend; veal marsala and meat ravioli delicious and filling. Waitress was so witty and a great conversationalist. We dined outside, lovely atmosphere.

Before a concert across the street, we had a look for a couple of blocks before settling on Casa di Giorgio. When we got there it was quite full, including the patio. We were about to leave when Joanna caught us and told us they had a picnic table on a second patio we could sit at. I’m so glad we did.
Joanna was engaging, sweet and funny and great at her job overall. Everything was delivered to our table in a timely fashion and for as busy as they were we didn’t have to wait long for anything.
I had manicotti while others in my group enjoyed their pizzas and lasagna. Peroni on tap was the added bonus. All the food was great. Prepared with love and precision. I’ve never had better manicotti in my life!
Next time we come to town for a concert I’ll be sure to make reservations first. It was a great variety of food on the menu including gluten free pasta and pizza options. The prices are pretty fair for the high quality of food you are getting. 100% I will return!

We were looking for an Italian place and this was perfect. We walked in and were seated right away. The food was delicious, my son ate two baskets of food himself. We all had different meals and everyone was happy and full. Then the owner surprised us with two huge desserts. It was wonderful, many regular customers and he checked in on everyone. It is a great place to eat.

Went to Giorgio’s before a concert at History and absolutely loved it! We had drinks, calamari, and pizza, and the food was fantastic authentic flavours that instantly reminded me of pizza in Italy. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it!

The reason I gave 2 stars is because portions were big and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered penne allabrriata, and the original pizza. The pasta was horrible. It tasted like canned tomato puree with hot chilis. I was expecting a sauce made fresh from tomato. The pizza was oversized and definitely not wood oven and definitely not fresh ingredients. Tasted like pizza pizza grade. Absolutely a let down. Will never get anything from there again. If you are going to advertise as an Italian restaurant, then be Italian. Who care if the pizzas have a good “handle” like the website says. This was more like a Canadian restaurant trying to be Italian. Oh and the pizza was way overcooked.
