My first time here. Very nice, clean, good service, and great food. Easy parking, clean bathrooms, and lots of tables and booths. The cooks sing in the kitchen. It is a Spanish speaking and reading restaurant, bring a translator, I used Google Lens. Lots of pictures follow. The red snapper was delish and it was fun to fillet. Watch out for bones near the head, make sure you order some bread in case a bone gets stuck in your throat. Everything was flavorful, the rice and potato salad. They make everything fresh including the tortillas, chips and salsa. They bring a little cheese sauce with the chips too. My wife had the coconut shrimp and it was good too. We went about 11am on a Saturday and nobody was there, by 12:30 they were 1/3 full. My only room for improvement comment is more ice in the drinks and napkins and silverware on the table when we sit down, they didn’t bring it until the meal.

Finally! An amazing, fresh, friendly Mexican restaurant that Vista truly needed! The environment is inviting and very clean. From the start, the salsa was incredibly flavorful and tasted freshly made — and they even brought out complimentary queso. The Michelada was hands-down the best we’ve had in town.
The dishes are packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and come in generous portions. They definitely don’t skimp on the seafood or the meat.
If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to turn the music down a few notches. Otherwise, this place is a fantastic addition to Vista and we’ll definitely be back!

My parents and I had a wonderful dining experience at Casa del Mariscos Rafaela’s. The Salmon a la Plancha was perfectly cooked, and the Molcajete Azteca was bursting with flavor very delicious from start to finish ! I Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic flavors and a memorable meal
