My boyfriend and I were walking to get lunch and saw that Casa Croissants just replaced Haute Sweets and omg is it soooo yummy! Hands down the best croissants we’ve ever eaten! The owner was delightful & incredibly personable, and the treats he’s making are truly authentic & out of this world. We also got a brownie which was clearly devoured before we made it home. You must check this place out if you’re looking for delicious desserts and friendly company! We will definitely be back soon! 🙂

Creme puffs that are as delicious as the ones we love in Paris, France. No joke! If you call ahead, he can even make sugar-free and gluten-free treats. The coffee is delectable, too. In a quiet spot right off the circle, this is a great place for a romantic dessert.

Every single detail of my interaction with this bakery was absolute perfection. From the welcoming atmosphere of the first visit to picking up the cake and eating it, everything was just perfect. Mario is the most fun to talk to and also has an attention to detail I very much appreciate. The cake was the best tasting cake I’ve ever had. You can be sure I’ll be visiting him for my next event. If you like buttercream, give him your business. You won’t be sorry!

This place is the best! I came to celebrate my birthday and they did it up right, complete with the most delicious carrot cake (free because I mentioned it was my birthday), which just happens to be my favorite dessert. Plus, happy hour is a steal, the Chile relleno is the bomb. Thank you so much, Caroline and Matt, I appreciate you both!!! Will definitely be back!

Great brunch place that radiates Southern hospitality and food. There was already a 15-20 min wait at around 9am on a Sunday, so definitely come early as no reservations are taken on Sunday. Across the street is a nice mini-park with swings to wait. Also parking tip: find cheaper street parking along the perimeter of the apartment building that is next door.
