The price was cheaper than I thought.
I got chicken nachos and guacamole and it was good. A very good price for within the theme park. These nachos were protein heavy.
There was a DJ playing afterwards which was awesome. Would recommend this area of Knott’s!

bro, i went to knotts like 8 months ago now and i want to go back JUST FOR THIS PLACE. their bowls are so good, i literally want another one so badly. 10000x better than chipotle. i wish this place didn’t just exist at knotts i need it everywhere. it’s like the equivalent to auntie anne’s only being in malls. PLEASE IT NEEDS TO BECOME A RESTAURANT EVERYWHERE. i miss casa california restaurant so bad ☹️☹️ ✌️

Don’t know why this doesn’t have better reviews – way better than the usual Knott’s place. Food is fresh, quality ingredients well prepared. And the staff tries hard. Like Chipotle but better.

Waiting in line for 45 min for one burrito on Monday (the line was short), not acceptable. I am watching these employees and they seriously move like sloths. They really should speed up. Try going to Panda express in the park and watch them move, they move so quickly. They definitely show that they get paid hourly and don’t care much about moving fast. The food was great though so makes up for it.

Good burrito I think the layout on the burrito can be much better some bites you get nothing but rice some bites beans and at the bottom was mostly meat. If you have a Knotts meal pass you get it free with the meal pass as well as a drink from soda machine. Plenty of tables to sit at. The line was about a 20 minute wait I came on a busy night. So probably not so bad other days.
