Fabulous Italian restaurant! We have been twice and both times the food and service exceeded expectations! The calamari appetizer and lobster ravioli are my favorites. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. People are sleeping on this great restaurant because we haven’t had to wait at all. Highly recommend you check it out!

I am so impressed. I got the seafood trio marinara pictured below. Asked if they would please swap sauce to white wine garlic and they kindly did so. When the food arrived, I was completely blown away. Plate was packed with mussels, shrimp and calamari. Everything was so wonderfully prepared. Nothing was tough or mealy which can often happen with shellfish. Everything was tender and flavorful. It’s quite obvious these folks care about their food. Serious skill on display here.
Prices were very fair. Nothing that breaks the bank. Decor was nice and inviting. Restaurant was tidy as well. When you walk through the door you are hit with the smell of garlic and spice. It’s quite comforting and makes you excited to be there.
Service was excellent. Everything showed up at the right time. We never felt rushed. Server provided recommendations and was on the spot for refills and to clear plates so table never felt crowded. They say that never having to ask for something is a sign of great service. I can tell you that’s exactly what I experienced with this visit.
I will most definitely be going back. Google maxes at 5 stars, but personally I say 10 out of 10 – must do again! Hope your experience is as fantastic as mine.

We are moving to Surfside Beach and was on a quest to find good pizza! Look no more, it is at Casa Calimari. We had spaghetti and meatballs and pizza. Both were superb and the garlic bread they brought to the table was the best I’ve ever had and I am full blooded Italian. The service was outstanding. Will go back very soon!

Pastas just not what I expected. Needed more seasoning and noodles needed to be added to second dish. Too much sauce not enough of anything else.

We frequent this restaurant a few times a year. On this visit they were super busy for the winter. Their food is always consistent and full of flavor. We sat at the bar because there was a line. The service was a little slow because the bartender had to help out. Not complaining for our experience was great.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order the sliced sirloin calzone with peppers, onions and mushrooms. It’s disgusting! When I inquired to the waitress after my first couple of bites “is this steak-ums cause it’s suppose to be sliced sirloin steak?” She responded with, yes it’s steakums! I was like well, change your menu to say such!!!! When she returned to the table she came over, told me she had just spoke to the manager and was told “no need to change our menu it says sliced sirloin steak on the box”! Seriously! So, upon arriving home, did a lil research. Steakums says it’s made from beef, chopped and formed and sliced! No where does it say sliced sirloin!!!! It might be made from cows tongue?????? Who knows! My side salad was good, balsamic dressing was very good. Other 5 people kind of enjoyed their meals but mentioned way too much garlic in White clam sauce, and small portions.

Have visited this restaurant twice. Both times the food was excellent, served hot, and delicious. Had Gabriella as our server both times. She does an awesome job and is very friendly. Both visits were with different friends and all said they would return.

This is the second trip to Myrtle Beach and we have gone here both times. Food is excellent! Appetizers are plentiful and delicious. The meals are big and very tasty Have had lobster and Maryland Crab ravioli Gnocchi as well as their pizza which was very good. Great Italian cuisine for reasonable cost. Bruschetta and Cala.ari were delicious as well

Amazing. We drove by this place 20 times in the last month during our stay in Myrtle Beach. It looked small. We are from Connecticut and Italian food in CT is great. I’m Italian so I am usually very critical. All I have to say is don’t drive by. Wonderful service and great food. Antipasto, pasta fagoli, veal sorrentino, calamari red sauce linguine with house bread they served that was so wonderful soaked in olive oil garlic and seasoning. Yum yum yum. I would give a 10. Sorry forgot the pics but check out the size of the calamari.
