From start to finish, our experience was outstanding. The food here is absolutely top-tier. Every dish tastes like it was made with genuine passion. The pasta is perfectly cooked, the sauces taste slow-simmered and authentic, and the seafood is unbelievably fresh. The veal dishes are tender and flavorful, the appetizers are generous, and even the salads and soups are made from scratch. You can truly taste the difference.
What really sets Caruso’s apart is the owner and chef. He treats guests like family—stopping by tables, sharing stories, checking to make sure everything is perfect. You can feel the pride in every plate that comes out of the kitchen. That kind of personal touch is something most restaurants have forgotten.
The portion sizes are fantastic, the prices are more than fair, and the restaurant being BYOB is a huge bonus. Bring your favorite wine, enjoy incredible food, and relax in a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.
If you’re looking for fancy décor or trendy dishes, this isn’t the place. But if you want real Italian food, cooked with love, served by people who genuinely care, Caruso’s is unbeatable. It’s easily one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, and it deserves every bit of praise.
Highly recommend Caruso’s Italian Ristorante — a true local treasure that delivers amazing food, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable dining experience. I will definitely be back.
Adding to the dinner was how welcoming Georgio was and our Waitress was so knowledgeable and pleasant.
Not one thing to complain about, it was a great night of great food and atmosphere.
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not your typical commercial Italian spot. Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and truly Italian. The olive oil they use is high quality and you can taste the difference immediately in every dish.
The homemade pasta is outstanding — perfectly cooked, fresh texture, and full of flavor. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in doing things the traditional Italian way. This is what real Italian cuisine is supposed to taste like.
The Italian meatballs deserve special mention. They are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor — easily some of the best meatballs I’ve had at any Italian restaurant. The sauce tastes slow-cooked and authentic, not overly sweet or processed.
If you are looking for:
• authentic Italian restaurant
• homemade pasta
• traditional Italian food
• fresh olive oil dishes
• classic Italian meatballs
• real Italian kitchen
…this is the spot.
The atmosphere also feels warm and genuine, like a true neighborhood Italian restaurant where the focus is on quality food and real flavors.
I’ve eaten Italian food all over, and places like this are hard to find. You can tell they care about doing things the right way — simple ingredients, properly cooked, and full of authentic taste.
Highly recommend this Italian restaurant. I will definitely be back for the homemade pasta and meatballs.
Ignore the negative reviews from the guys who have left a total of 2 reviews and don’t support the local small businesses.
The food was very good, and the portions were quite large. I had the chicken parm and had to take half of it home. My girlfriend’s gnocchi plate must have weighed 12 lbs and was loaded with half a wheel of mozzarella!
Overall we had a pleasant experience, the owner is very nice and accommodating. We will return some day!
