The coolest little small time family-owned business my girlfriend and I were seated within 5 minutes. We ordered, we were served our food within minutes. We were out of there within 20 minutes fast friendly service
Definitely recommend as at least a one-time thing.
Everything is Farm Fresh and locally sourced!
My overall experience, good cheap and fast!

It’s a go-to every spring for the REAL maple syrup- it is definitely a buckwheat pancake house. The menu is small as the focus is the pancakes.
Remember to bring cash or use their ATM- they don’t take charge.
The syrup is never ending which is a plus for a higher end maple taste. There’s a lot of history to the location and how they run only a few months a year. That’s the allure to returning year after year. During peak days, you’re better to wait until around 1pm so you don’t have to stand on line. We did 1pm on Valentines Day (Sat) and walked right in. But we have waited an hour outside online when we had gone on a Saturday at 11am.

what a cool place! we waited quite a while to get a seat, but that was to be expected. the pancakes were amazing!! they were delicious – however, that being said, the eggs weren’t anything special. if you have a free day, you totally should stop by!!
also a special shoutout to the maple milkshake!!! it was one of the most delicious things i’ve ever tasted : )

We saw the cook make 30 pancakes on the grill in 4 minutes! We had a great time and all the pancakes and maple syrup were so delicious. Definitely a must for maple season!!

This place is the biggest rip off. Do not spend your money. Where else can me and my kid get Two pancakes each they don’t serve bacon. They have a very, very limited menu. She got sausage which was undercooked and I got a small piece of ham when I say small I mean small and the bill was $50. That’s not even my main complaint not only do they have a really limited menu. They don’t let you take the pancakes home that you paid for I said can I get a container for my kid she said no we feed them to the pigs. I said what because it’s you can pancakes you can’t take them home. I said that is absolutely ridiculous and if you wanna share a pancake with someone that person owes an extra $10. The pancakes and the syrup are very very disgusting if you wanna drive out to Angelica in the middle of nowhere with no Internet service and pay an absorbent amount of money for a couple pancakes you’re better off staying home.! If you want a real breakfast, that is very big very good all homemade pies Your portions are amazing. Go a few miles away to Fillmore, New York to ( aces Country cupboard family restaurant. Their homemade soups are to die for after I get ripped off at maple tree Inn. I drove over to Fillmore since I was already out there and had pie a sandwich which was grilled ham and Swiss on rye with a big bowl of homemade vegetable soup and we paid $25 and it was worth every penny don’t waste your money at Maple tree Inn in Angelica

Just as good as you think it’ll be. Pancakes are hot and fresh, maple syrup is as good as it gets. Friendly staff and they get the lines moving fast. Only complaint is that it’s cash only. It’s time to get with the program. I don’t want to get one cash bill for 9 people and then spend a significant amount of time gathering the right amount of cash (they have an ATM but those only dispense 20s). Just allow cards.

One of the must try places. Maybe not for everyone but if you like good down home eats you have to go. Buckwheat pancakes like heaven with real maple syrup. Ham or sausage, eggs any style. Maple milkshake, coffee. So good people come from miles around. Know that this place is only open early February to late March, know they only take cash. Know that it is usually very very busy and you may wait in a long line to be seated. Know that if you don’t go, you missed out. We go every year and we live 70 miles away.

Had passed this place in the past but saw it on TikTok and headed out there to eat their all-you-can-eat pancakes during maple season with my wife. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is friendly.
Only weirdness is that the maple syrup provided on the table was strangely watery. Still tasted like the real stuff, though.
Had a lot of fun.

Light flavor, soft pancakes. Not gritty at all, incredible recipe for buckwheat.
Long line to get in, so get there early if you want to skip that wait, but definitely still go.
They make their own maple syrup too, and it tastes great. You can buy it if you like, and even tour their syrup facility. It’s not a giant facility but it is a cute walk through for the family.
If you’re looking for a local hidden gem, this is one of them.
