I usually love carters. I was just here from sc & this was the only place I wanted to eat before my drive back home. I came as soon as they were opened. There was one person in line before me. I stood there over 10 minutes. Was never acknowledged. One of the girls jumped on the phone to get a to go order the other jumped on the to go window to get a woman’s order who had literally just walked up while I’d been there waiting. One of the girls made a drink. The other doing tickets at the counter. She looked up gave me a blank look & continued on doing other things. I left. No matter how bad I wanted the food why would I want to give a business purposely ignoring me any of my money? Especially when I came out of my way to get it!!!

The employees at Carter’s Fried Chicken in Blackshear Patterson and Douglas Georgia which I’ve been to all three the employees are friendly and services quick however the food is not too great because that’s overcooked the chicken is extremely dry I’ve been to all three and it’s all the same and the one in Blackshear I ordered me a chicken breast sandwich boneless and when I bit into it about quarter of the way through it I wound up with a pointy bone stuck right up in my gum fortunately I felt it enough time that I could avoid any serious damage it’s a shame because like I said the staff are friendly and it’s a fair environment atmosphere depending on the time of day and the hour of business because sometimes they do get jam-packed but I was really disappointed in the food

Didn’t get to eat. We were passing through. Yelp, Google, and trip advisor all list this place as Carter’s , but the sign said different. When we walked in and asked ( wanted to know if we were at the right place) they had no idea what I was talking about, didn’t seem to understand or speak English. So we walked out.

Don’t use Door Dash. They don’t have that option even though Door Dash claims to offer it. Food was awesome. Perfectly cooked fried chicken and fried squash. Great ranch dressing.
