This place is great! They have the BEST mozzarella sticks I have literally ever eaten!…not sure how they are able to make huge square mozzarella sticks, but they’re incredible!! The onions rings and coleslaw were dope too! The owners/staff are super friendly! The owner cooks smoked jackfruit for the veggie eaters if you call ahead a day…cannot WAIT yo try it! Also, if you’re next door at the Hoppy Wobbles Bar….they’ll bring your food right over! It’s perfect!

I can’t remember his name, but I met the owner of Carson’s BBQ I believe in harrodsburg. I was able to go to the store in ellettsville before they move to Bloomington and just found out they just do catering……. But I wanted to say top Knoxville the atmosphere getting to know them and even around their sand when they’re at the festivals and everything is great! I hope the catering goes really well

It’s a shame that you can’t give this place zero stars. My sister had paid to have Carson’s cater her wedding. This was set up 8 months in advance. Then, he contacted her the day before the wedding to confirm the order and take payment. He never showed up to the wedding. He was contacted once and said he was just running late. When he still never came and calls were attempted, there was no answer. This forced the bartender to not be able to serve because it was contingent on a meal served. People left early to get food elsewhere. This was absolutely unprofessional and broke my sister’s heart for ruining her wedding. He is still not answering any communications and so there is no possibility to be refunded for what was a very expensive order. Nobody should ever use this company or anything associated with Mr. Carson!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My sister had a beautiful wedding and people left before any of the party as this company, who we already had everything set up with and paid for. Completely ghosted us, they refused to respond to calls and we had to get pizza at the end of the night. They were so unprofessional and were the lowest part of the night. Truly horrible horrible service and horrible treatment of customers. Learn customer service and care about what you sign up for. Terrible terrible business

Beware! Carson’s was supposed to cater my daughter’s wedding and never showed up!! He is a fraud! Don’t fall for him! He even called the day before to confirm the times! He ruined everything! He is a horrible person and should not be trusted!! DONT USE THEM!!!!

Incredibly lovely service and mouthwatering brisket! Almost chewed thru the styrofoam driving this home. Throw on a mask and get there ASAP! The ½ lb brisket and side of fries was enough for me and my friend to share and we are stuffed.

Decent food, the inside matched the BBQ vibe. It almost seemed like a empty environment. Definitely a missed opportunity to put bbq sauce on the loaded fries but you can do it yourself. Overall the best BBQ I’ve had in Bloomington.
