First time stopping here in a while. Lunch was great! Liana J provided great service. She was friendly & talkative! We had the dinner lobster ravioli which the sauce could have been a little but thicker but the dish was hot & delicious! Also the lunch steak sandwich was a good portion for the pricing & came with a salad! Ceaser salad dressing was so good & could taste the fresh lemon in it! Decor & building is a bit outdated & needs some upkeep by management/owners. $47 before tip for 2 with 1 soda & 2 entrees.

Impressive meal! My wife chose a special pasta with chicken and shrimp. She loved it! I had the double pork chops. Oh my!! Juicy, tender, with a nice chargrilled flavor. Our waiter knew the menu, including the specials) very well. We were deciding between a couple if entrees and he was very helpful.

We ordered carryout tonight, 3 pasta dishes, a chicken Parmasean and mozzarella sticks, $110. Our containers were not snapped closed and sauce spilled everywhere on my way home. (2miles) There were also no breadsticks in our order. The parking lot was empty, not sure why our order was so carelessly thrown together, we even left a tip. Don’t order take out here, you will waste your money.

Went out for dinner for my birthday. Our server was nice, and even mixed up a custom mocktail for me. Unfortunately, my food came out wrong once and my new plate was cold. Wasn’t given silverware for probably 15 minutes until after my second plate came, after I asked, the silverware had literal food on it. Took a while to get more silverware. Someone got confused and gave us another tables water and bread. We ended up with 5 waters. Everyone around us was also experiencing service issues. Manager was actively on the floor apologizing to a table for their food. Honestly, disappointed. Won’t be back. My server, and the drink she made for me were lovely.

My daughter ordered an entree with the spicy chicken soup. She ate a bone, but thankfully did not swallow it. It just hurt her mouth a bit. I showed the bone to our waitress. Without a blink she explained that unfortunately this happens sometimes because they cook their soup with the whole carcass.

I make chicken noodle soup. You use the carcass to make a broth, then *drain* it. You then use that broth to make your soup. So no, you should not make soup with a chicken carcass and then pull out the carcass and hope for the best, that’s not how it works. I’m sharing this to hopefully prevent someone from choking to death, as this is apparently a normal thing that sometimes happens here.

Our experience at Carrabba’s during a friend’s wedding was nothing short of a disaster. We had a reservation for 6:00 PM for a small wedding party. When we arrived, we were told it had been moved to 8:00 PM—without a single call, text, or notice. That alone is unacceptable. But it didn’t stop there.

Instead of honoring our party as a single group, the restaurant seated us at three separate tables, scattering the wedding party across the dining room. We had to push the tables together ourselves just to sit as one cohesive group. From the very start, Carrabba’s set the tone for frustration and disappointment.

Yes, the restaurant was busy, and yes, there was another party celebrating an anniversary—but that is not our problem. A reservation is a commitment, and failing to manage it properly is a failure of the restaurant, plain and simple.

The dinner itself was chaotic. Some guests never received their entrees, others got the wrong dishes, and several meals arrived cold and inedible. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the broccoli was fine, but the asparagus was dry and overcooked—like biting into hay. One server tried her best—she was patient, understanding, and attentive—but even her efforts couldn’t save a service experience so badly broken. She deserves praise, but the guests’ frustration undoubtedly impacted her, and it’s unfair she bore the backlash.

This wasn’t just a bad night out. This was someone’s wedding day—a day you can never get back. Carrabba’s turned what should have been a joyful, memorable evening into stress, hunger, and frustration. Some guests left hungry and went to McDonald’s because the restaurant failed to deliver basic service. The bride and groom were left with only part of their party present for a dinner that should have celebrated them.

The manager offered a minor discount, but a few dollars do nothing to make up for a ruined wedding dinner. This is more than bad food or slow service—this is a complete failure to honor an important, once-in-a-lifetime event.

Carrabba’s needs to rethink everything—from reservations to kitchen coordination—because no wedding, no couple, and no guest should leave your restaurant feeling this disappointed, frustrated, and forgotten.

Very good food. Drinks were good. I had the Italian classic trio and each item was delicious, especially the chicken it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were made very well. Our waitress Bella was awesome, as well as Ms. Ruth who assisted her. The overall atmosphere is good. Would definitely go again and recommend if you are in the area.

We arrive a couple hours before closing on Saturday night. Hostess seats us where manager told her to and everyone is piled up all together in the restaurant which seemed very odd. Table of 20- long the back wall, a couple at the end of the large group. Table for two in the middle another table of 3 then us a table of two and then a couple behind us. All piled close together. Not very romantic or comfortable. But soon we would realize WHY! Yep Covid rules are definitely done but it is on the rise again I hear. Anyways. ONE waitress. ONE! There was the manager watching over and a young guy standing watching most the time we were there and brought out drinks twice while the young lady was busting hump trying to take care of at least 35 people by herself. Of coarse none of us was getting the best service but she was giving us the best she could considering the circumstances. Seated close together was the only help given to that waitress. The make manager should be ashamed running the place so poorly. The food was okay. Nothing spectacular but not bad. The restaurant was really hot. Like no air. Bathroom towel dispenser broken place seemed let him. Then leaving at night only one light in the parking lot and the parking lot was very very dark. I would not want to leave there by myself or without a man or group. It was creepy dark. Lot of room for improvement. Get that waitress a bonus and some help! She’s not the issue. It’s hard to rate her service as if she wasn’t overbooked with customers I’m sure she would have been 5 stars but the service we got suffered because she’s one human getting 35 refills. Not her fault.

The service was overly exceptional. The waitress was phenomenal and so was the manager fixing the discrepancies with our meals. The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the Carrabba‘s fettuccine, and the Alfredo sauce was nothing short of looking like milk. There was no solidity to it whatsoever. we also ordered an appetizer which was the crabcakes. They were awful dry, lukewarm fishy, and all three of our meals came out super cold. I don’t know what they were doing in the kitchen, but they need to figure that out, props to the waitress & manager for being professional and catering to our needs and fixing the disaster our meal was. Won’t be returning
