I visited Carrabba’s Italian Grill on the eve of Thanksgiving, and the experience felt both comforting and familiar in the best possible way. The first time I dined here was back in 2018, and returning after several years made one thing very clear: the taste, quality, and level of service have remained consistently top-notch.
The ambience was calm and inviting, perfectly suited for a relaxed holiday-eve dinner. It wasn’t overly loud or rushed, which allowed us to truly enjoy the evening and our conversations. The warm lighting and classic décor added to the overall charm and made the experience feel special without being pretentious.
Our server truly stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to recommending food and drinks. Since some of us were vegetarian, her suggestions were thoughtful and well-explained, making everyone at the table feel equally included and cared for.
We started with drinks, and both the Peach Sangria and the Merry Berry Martini were excellent—well balanced, refreshing, and festive, perfectly matching the Thanksgiving vibe. The food followed suit. From the crispy, well-seasoned calamari appetizer to the comforting soups, every dish was prepared with care and consistency. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the pasta, particularly the shrimp and scallop pasta, which was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
Overall, Carrabba’s once again delivered a memorable dining experience. It’s reassuring to know that even after years, the restaurant continues to uphold the same standards that made my first visit so enjoyable. A reliable choice for both special occasions and relaxed dinners alike.

Always the best service here at the Polaris Carrabbas! We have been coming here for lunch (as well as some dinners) for years and always get top-notch service. Nikki is a very personable waitress and practically a mind-reader. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what to bring next before I even had to ask for it! I got my drink refilled quickly, more bread, to-go items, all of it. The atmosphere in here is nice. I like the Italian music. It is always clean inside & out, and easy parking. Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and yummy food. Love it! Thank you!

Overall it is better than many chain Italian restaurants in the area. I would suggest they are better than a couple of family owned places close as well. They serve fresh bread with a lovely olive oil and spice dipping sauce.
The price point is fair based on size and we definitely too pasta home for the next day.
My son enjoyed his pasta and I thought the shrimp and scallops linguine in vodka sauce was excellent.
My hubs enjoyed the broccoli and chicken parmigiana.
We will come back for sure.

Yolanda was our server for our first experience at Carrabbas and she made it amazing. She was very nice an attentive and I loved her personality. The food was great including the bread. It was soft on the inside with a nice crunchy crust and the herbs and oil to dip it in was great. Our entrees were delicious and definitely worth the price point especially with the large portions. Everything came out very quickly and we were seated immediately. Very surprised it wasnt as busy as the other restaurants near it at about 5pm on a Sunday. when we go again we will definitely request Yolanda

I frequently visit Carrabba’s and have always received decent service, but tonight was truly exceptional. Yolanda, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic. My son adored her and even shared a little joke with her, which she embraced with enthusiasm. If you visit, please ask for her—your lunch or dinner will be wonderful! Yolanda, thank you so much for making our experience memorable. We hope to see you again soon. Additionally, the manager made rounds to check in on us, which was a lovely touch.

My husband and I came here about a week ago and had a very great experience. It wasn’t too crowded the night we went and our server Yolanda was great! She had great customer service and a very welcoming vibe. She definitely made our night here enjoyable. She made sure we had everything we wanted and needed plus our food was delicious. Would recommend!
