Stop in for a bite to eat, turns out they where doing a wine and dinner in the main area, so anyone not signed up for that had to go to bar area,
It was a little loud, but manageable to have a conversation.
Alanna was pleasant and helpful with some suggestions
The sampler is the way to go for appetizers, gives 3 different appetizers
The food was good, my chops where undercooked so it was hard to enjoy them completely, even after sending them back

The steak was absolutely delicious! I found my new favorite drink, the Merry berry martini that came in an ornament, which added cuteness, and our server, Sara B was outstanding! She made the whole experience PERFECT!!!

I Say it’s Back & Probably Has Been For a Long Time But We haven’t Tried it Again in a While Due to Couple Years Ago having a Bad Experience HOWEVER, It’s Better Now That It Could Ever Be. Literally This Food, the Order, the Courtesy, the Entire “Experience” & Btw, I Did A Curbside Pick Up Order. I Ordered, Hubby Picked it Up & We Just Cannot Say Enough Except Thank You To Everyone Who Worked to Put Our Order Together Including the Young man Who Brought Our Order to Our SUV. Wow. He Alone & Who Ever Cooked that Meal & Made Sure The Order Was Perfect, We Just Cannot Say Ty Enough. Even The Extras They Provided, Just Everything. We Ordered 2 Appetizers, Calamari & The Meatballs With Ricotta, The “Bowls” Of The Sicilian Chicken Soup, The Linguini Positano, Vegetarian, The Spaghetti With Meat Sauce & Meatballs & The Cannoli Cake for 2! Plus the Salads. Even The Salads Were Great! They Gave Us the Extra Cheese & Bread We Asked for & Again, I Believe in Telling People the Good & Bad & I Have. But WOW, They Seriously Out did Themselves! Ty So Much & I Now Am Signed Up to Do This Regularly & Already Earned Rewards & Since We Live So So Close, We WILL BE BACK!! TY Carrabbas! Carrabba’s and I have a love/ hate relationship. At least we used to. I’ve been to a few locations over the years between a few different states and my experiences with taste have never been the best. But since visiting the Melbourne location I’ve since been thinking of reconsidering my opinions. The food was absolutely delicious from apps to my entrée it made me want to try everything on the menu! The servers were awesome; Personable and attentive. My only gripe: the space overall. We had a large party and I had to hold a few of our menus in my lap then the floor (sorry) just for space. It was a bit cramped and I was nervous I was gonna make someone trip because I was in their way. But it was a Saturday and Valentine’s Day so, it makes sense for how busy it was. The other thing was the a/c. I run hot and after eating a large meal I was sweating. But honestly, these are just personal preferences and even still it didn’t really take away from the experience. Thank you for hosting us and I never thought I’d say this but I can’t wait to come back to try out more of the menu.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. We started with the lump crab cakes and the crispy, spicy fried calamari—both were flavorful and perfectly cooked.
For our main course, we shared the shrimp & steak Toscana, which was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. We finished the meal with the chocolate hazelnut torte, and it was the perfect sweet ending to the night.
Great food, warm atmosphere, and a lovely spot for a date night. We’ll definitely be back.

Disappointing First Visit to Carrabba’s . While the decorations and overall ambiance were quite pleasant, and the waitstaff genuinely enthusiastic, the food itself was a significant letdown.
Despite the appealing presentation, the chicken dish I ordered was excessively salty and had a texture that suggested it had just been defrosted. The meat was unusually soft, lacking the kind of robust flavor and satisfying chew one expects from freshly prepared ingredients. It truly failed to stimulate my taste buds in any meaningful way.
Given this experience, I’ll be removing Carrabba’s Gills Italian restaurant from my list of culinary destinations. It was, regrettably, nothing special.

My wife and I visited recently, after not having been in a very long time. We were greeted and seated swiftly. Our waiter was Anthony and he was very friendly. We were a bit sad to see that over the years the bread has changed from a nice authentic ciabatta style bread to something more akin to wonder bread. It was spongy and tasteless, but we did appreciate the herbs and oil to dip it in.
I ordered the Chicken trio with garlic mash potatoes and a house salad. My wife ordered the 9 oz. Filet Mignon with Bryan topping, broccoli, garlic mash potatoes and a side salad. Everything came out in a reasonable time. My wife ordered her filet medium but it was medium rare. Also, the broccoli was overcooked. The waiter took her dish and got her a new one, cooked properly. Look at the picture of the broccoli in the after picture that is the way it should have been the first time. Everything was good though. Anthony was a good waiter.

Went there for an early lunch. It wasn’t busy, but it was shortly after 11am. The server was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. We both had soup, salad, and bread. Both of us were very satisfied with the taste and size of the portions. I know they have an outstanding dinner menu, too.

My wife and I have always enjoyed our experience at this Carrabba’s restaurant. From the food to the atmosphere and the wonderful service. Last night I ordered the Lemon Berry Sangria and I would truly recommend it for a refreshing summer drink. For the main meal I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine alla vodka and my wife ordered the Linguine Florentine. Both were truly delicious. For dessert we shared the New Grilled Pound Cake and it was incredible. The best part of our visit, was the wonderful service provided by Shaz, he went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. In my humble opinion this is the best Carrabba’s in Brevard county. We will definitely be back!
