I stopped at Arby’s for a quick bite the other day and I was very pleased. The staff were very friendly and courteous. And let’s not forget that famous Arby’s sauce. Of course I wish they still had real horseradish to.go with it.
Dining was spacious and relaxing (I did eat in).
Food was delicious as well.

Becky, who was working the register, not only was kind and engaging with everyone she saw across the counter, but to everyone behind her, she was positive, supportive, and communicative. I wish I had a staff member like her. Absolutely fantastic experience!

Ordering was quick and time to meal was also decent. The location was clean and the condiments were well stocked.
The beef and cheddar was good as normal and the fries were also delicious. My shake however had a hair on top of the whip cream which turned me off completely from eating.

Arby’s at this location has definitely changed. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. *They no longer give coupons and they no longer sell meat by the pound. The food was mediocre.

As far as fast food in the L/A area goes, Arby’s is in the top 3 for sure. This location is kept pretty clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is good and tastes MUCH more fresh than the competition down the road.
However, my one big complaint with this location is that the shakes are NEVER consistent! I order a couple of weeks and without sale they are ALWAYS different. I order jamocha shakes and half of the time they come out so light (looking and tasting) that they appear to be a vanilla shake.
Other times I order one and I get a legit “Jamocha” that looks and tastes like it should. I’m not sure if there is an issue with the ingredients or how they are made. But I just spent another $5 on a shake that may as well be vanilla… Consistency is pretty important! Particularly in a famous chain restaurant. I hope you guys can rectify whatever the issue is. Thanks for your attention in this matter!

Usually very fast service inside. Not overly busy, plenty of seats. Drive up can be busy/backed up @ lunch time.
