My family and I had a wonderful time at Carrabbas. Our server, Jared, was very charismatic and professional and gave us outstanding service during our dinner there. All the food was very tasty and came out quickly—piping hot and fresh—and we were all happy campers that evening. I highly recommend eating at Carrabbas and we can’t wait to dine again soon at this Carrabbas’ location.

It’s nicely decorated when you walk in. Great atmosphere! We were greeted immediately and taken to our table by the manager. He was so nice and welcoming!
Jared was our server and he is so nice and likes to chat. He’s also very knowledgeable on the menu! Great guy. I’ll make sure to ask for him next time.
The food is fantastic!! Homemade Caesar dressing is to die for. Not pictured is the Mezzaluna because I ate it so fast. It’s my favorite thing on the menu! Next to this cheesecake which is also so delicious!
Make sure you stop by for dinner.

Carla made my visit so wonderful. It was a late appearance being that I do not leave from my place of work, until 9pm. That did not matter to the staff, they welcomed me with open arms and cooked me a wonderful meal. Had a great conversation with Carla and she suggested the new $10 take home meal in addition. I will be back!

We had a great experience at Carrabba’s! Our waitress, Carla, was fantastic! She was so kind and very attentive throughout our meal. We also noticed how well the servers worked together as a team, which made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming and efficient. The food was better than it has been in years. The portions were generous, and my Fettuccine Carrabba had plenty of sauce, which made it especially good. My husband was very pleased with his Pollo Rosa Maria as well. We will definitely be back!

Today was another great experience at Carrabba’s. Our waiter, Hayden, was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He was personal with a great sense of humor. This particular Carrabba’s never ceases to disappoint. This experience was as pleasant as previous the dining experiences. On Friday, January 30, 2026, we had the most enjoyable lunch at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. The atmosphere provided the best in fine dining and the food was delicious. Our waitress, Katie, did an excellent job! She was professional, friendly, and most efficient. We were on a time schedule which meant we had a small window of time for lunch. We made our waitress aware of the situation and she went out of her way to accommodate us. We had a great time and will return again. Thanks for providing wonderful experiences.

Come to the wine dinner with my wife and a lot of my friends. Chelsie with the glasses was my server as always she is an amazing server. I always recommend her even whenever I come in not in the wine dinners I always request for her because she always takes wonderful care of me and she gives us prompt service the Entire Staff Ln., Austin. My friend and I went for dinner on 2/13/25. The appetizers were delicious and our dinners were amazing! Dessert was scrumptious!
Our server Austin was simply the best ever! Honestly, we never went with an empty glass. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were treated like the only two in the place! He had us laughing, helped with dinner suggestions – he was perfect! The best server I ever had! We will definitely be back. It was a perfect night!

Our server Jared was professional and thoughtful and took our dining experience from good to exceptional. His menu suggestions were spot on and he took the time to communicate with the chef about my gluten allergy. Which meant I could order and enjoy my meal without any concern. The atmosphere was perfect (love their radio station). We will be back!

After a long 10-hour drive from Pittsburgh to Myrtle Beach, we met family for dinner at Carrabba’s in North Myrtle Beach—and it was the perfect choice. Carrabba’s is always one of our go-to spots when we’re in Myrtle Beach, and we only wish there was one back home in Pittsburgh.
We had two families dining together, with a total of seven adults and children, and everything went smoothly. Our server, Carla, truly made the evening special. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our glasses were always full and every need was quickly taken care of.
As always, the food was first-rate—consistently delicious and well prepared. This visit was a great lesson in what excellent customer service should look like. We’ll absolutely be back on our next trip!
