Supposedly the chef from Allegro all inclusive quit and was cooking here. The food and drinks were excellent compared to someplace else. The drinks were not watered down like someplace else. The service was excellent ! The waiters were very friendly and courteous. You are literally right on the beach. Two covered dance floors and some great music… which included Johnny Cash. Oh and did I say the food and drinks were excellent? Short 2 minute cab ride from the resort. Worth the trip and the best meal in Cozumel. The total bill was just under $ 100 USD.

We stopped at Alberto’s on a whim while driving around Cozumel, just looking for a quick bite — and it definitely turned into an interesting stop. The place itself had a laid-back, beachy vibe. A self-appointed “parking attendant” directed me into a nearly empty lot, told me parking was free if we ate there, and mentioned tips were appreciated — even tossed a flattened piece of cardboard on the windshield to “keep it cool,” which made us laugh since we were in a Jeep Wrangler with the top off.We were warmly welcomed and seated right on the beach under a palm-covered umbrella — picture-perfect. The food and drinks arrived quickly, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Midway through our meal, a curious little animal (something like a raccoon, but cuter) wandered over, hopped onto the table, and tried to sample our lunch. It added a funny, unexpected twist to the experience.The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, but unfortunately, things took a turn when the bill came. The total was off, and it felt like an attempt to pad the check — something that seems to happen a bit too often in touristy spots. I got it sorted out easily enough, but it left a sour note on what had been a really nice meal.All in all, Alberto’s had beautiful beachside views and great service, but the billing issue means I probably wouldn’t go back. Still, it made for a memorable stop on our Cozumel adventure.

We love coming here when we stay at the Iberostar all inclusive hotel. It’s spendy. Be prepared for 125 dollars just fspeedy. However you can split plenty of food. You get 2 lobsters many shrimp and red snapper for that. Also veggie potato and dinner rolls. So worth it. Tuesday and Thursday rock band LSD plays they are great play a variety of rock music. The staff work there butts off running around serving us. We have been there 2 times. We will go back

I absolutely loved this place! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. I celebrated my birthday here, and Álvaro took care of us he was incredibly warm and attentive. Later, Chelsea helped us as well and even offered to be our tour guide on our next visit.
The only downside was the exchange rate. We were told one amount, but a different amount showed up on our card. However, they fixed it quickly.

I hope it’s as good as it was in 2015 when I return to this wonderful island in 2026.
The ceviche as an appetizer was fresh an spot on. The cooked fish was excellent and likely caught that morning or perhaps 1 day prior… perfectly prepared.
Then the crab- Best I have ever had! I hope this kitchen holds up as I will definitely go back to the best food I ever had on this beautiful isle!
If you’re exploring Cozumel, I highly recommend this place as a stop!

However they were cranking MTV when quiet was much more appropriate. I asked 4 times to turn down but they didn’t. And we were the only ones there.
Food was just ok. Everything was loaded with onions that overpowered all flavour.
Chicken tacos were way over done.
Smell of old seaweed didn’t help.
