Another catering day at work for me.
We had a dinner with Santa event at work, and chose Carrabbas for dinner for the event. First I was worried about getting all of the food into my car. Then once it was loaded, it didn’t look like a lot of food, so I was worried we didn’t have enough.
Thankfully, everyone who came got to eat, and loved the food.
The staff from Carrabbas helped me load it into my car, which I really appreciated. And the food is always good from here.
Will definitely continue catering with them.

Dining at Carrabba‘s was a delightful experience. The food was exceptional and the staff (Avey) very attentive. The atmosphere was perfect for a cozy evening and we recommend it. I must say that Avey was absolutely the best server I have ever had at Carrabbas and we have been a lot of times. She was polite, specific and genuine. Avey made great recommendations, she was incredibly fast, despite the crowd.
We hope to get Avey as our server every time!!

Everytime I come this restaurant I’m impressed by the food. Today was no different. The food was delicious as always. They do have less options than they did about 3 years ago, but the quality is still the same. The staff was very kind and attentive. Fatima was our waitress and she was training a new guy, Tharun. I let them know that today is my husband’s birthday and not only did they both give great recommendations from the happy hour menu, they were attentive, and even got the staff together to sing him happy birthday! He was so happy with that. The food was cooked so quickly as well. My husband and I love this restaurant and will be back again in the future. The only thing I would say is if you want to have some drinks, come during happy hour because they are on the expensive side, but they have some appetizers cheaper during happy hour as well so that’s a bonus!

I went to Carrabba’s on Monday Feb 9 and at first it wasn’t bad the appetizer trio was good and service started okay. Then once we got our entrees we didn’t hear back from the server until she gave us our check. The food was cold as soon as it came out and while I was eating my left overs at home I found a nice little piece of plastic in my pasta..yay!… I don’t recommend coming here due to the lack of service, the food being cold when it comes out, and food hazards being in the food.

Shawna was our waitress and she is amazing! She remembers everyone’s order and we were a party of 9!! She is the best waitress I have ever had. She is so personable and friendly. The food was delicious as always! Carrabbas is my favorite restaurant!!

We have now made this a date spot after a long day. The service is always top tier the food is amazing and the drinks are flavorful. Tykesha happened to be our server today and she was amazing and very helpful. Don’t worry.. we are coming back.

This location is the BEST we have visited in Virginia. Our server, Trish, has been taking care of us for years. She remembers our drinks, our normal food order and treats my family like gold. Her smile and personality are infectious and you leave feeling valued.

I don’t normally leave a review, but the service from Abby was wonderful! The food is comparable and worth the prices, but the atmosphere was so much fun. I appreciated the attention from our server which only complimented our night. Thanks Abby!!

This used to be my favorite place to dine. Now it has become a place I will never go again (-In Newport news). The service was horrible, food was delivered in shifts and incorrect. The server said it was because adult meats take longer and that they are busy (Room was almost empty). Filet final came and it was ice cold. It had obviously been sitting for a long period of time. And here is the worst part – Gnats and fruit flies were all over the place. Diners had to keep swatting them away. I complained to the manager and did not eat a bite. Manager just made a bunch of excuses and walked away. Then my bill arrived, I gave my card to the server, reciept came back – but no card. I was so tired of the fight that I just cancelled the card. Yes, it was that bad! Didnt feel like even talking to them and getting a million more excuses and still not getting the card back.
They have just got the last $200 from me! I hope it closes soon, or they hire a staff and manager that knows what they are doing. Too nice of a reputation to have this location bring them down.

Shawna is an awesome hostess. Very knowledgeable and courteous while my mother and I dined in. I wish I had picture to share of the food. Food was cook very well and devoured. So maybe next. Overall great service, good meal, and relaxing environment to enjoy.
