This place was a disappointment. The host said was frizzled with seating arrangements and when we ordered the kids food was forgotten to be put into the system so 2 toddlers were having a melt down due to hunger and when their food finally did come out the chicken was raw and my kid threw up all over the table. It was a disaster of a night. The manager was great with understanding our frustration and gave us a free dessert. But don’t recommend this location overall. Yall serve raw chicken to toddlers and then make excuse for the kitchen and then try to correct the issue.

The oil dip for the bread is enough to make me go back. The food was also delicious and the service so spot on. Keep up the great work.

Excellent customer service with great attitudes from hostess’s, our waitress, and the owner or manager that was touching tables. The Zucchini Fritte along with the sauce was great. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the ribeye, both were excellent. My husband even said his steak was better than some other steakhouses we’ve tried. We can always appreciate a calm atmosphere with lighting that isn’t too bright. This was our first visit and we are very impressed. We will absolutely be back!

Carrabba’s is truly stepping up its game! Mackenzie was our server, and her service was absolutely impeccable; she was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We kicked things off with the Merry Berry Martini and the Wood-Fired Old Fashioned. The martini was bursting with flavor and honestly deserves a permanent spot on the menu; it’s a martini masterpiece. We had the Lentil and Sausage soup, and it was deliciously hearty. For our meals, we ordered the Fettuccine Weesie with gluten-free pasta and the Meezaluna, and both dishes were outstanding. The sauces were rich, perfectly balanced, and completely irresistible. We will be back for sure!

We took my sister there to celebrate my sister’s Birthday. We were not impressed with the food or service! The server was absolutely awful. She bot only overcharged us for items, but she was very absent minded. They brought 3 of drinks, but forgot my husband’s beer, which was short because they ran out. Then when our salads (which were not very appealing) arrived, they again forgot his soup. We ended up having to flag down other servers to get our needs met because we couldn’t find our server. She would say she would bring more water or soda refills and then completely forget. She admitted to forgetting, which was excusable the first 2 times, but after that, it became really annoying. When you pay premium prices for dinner, it seems like the service would be better. That was not the case.
The chicken Piccatta was not served on a bed of pasta like it typically is. Instead, there was a $5.98 upcharge for the side of fettuccine that came with the meal. They charged us for gorganzola cheese when we asked for extra garlic. The lobster ravioli was very fishy and despite us asking to see if we could get cheese ravioli (which is typically on the children’s menu) our request went unanswered by our server once again. She was going to ask the kitchen if we could order it as an entree.
We had called ahead for a booth, yet were seated at a small table for 4 of us. Usually they remove the wine glasses if you dont order any, and there’s no room, but this didn’t happen until way after our entrees were served. It was cramped and our used soup and salad plates were not removed prior to our entrees arriving.
We were celebrating a Birthday and when we arrived at 6:30pm, they had sung in Italian to our neighboring table. After we finished, we asked our server to have them sing and she again said she would, but that never happened either. They did bring her a piece of cake which was nice, but just not right. We finally had to ask for the ticket because we just wanted to go. We were thirsty and frustrated. Our server, who had purple highlights and studs in her gums really didn’t do Carrabbas justice. She was either overwhelmed or something. It really ruined our celebration. We would not recommend Carrabbas to anyone going forward.

Food was good, warm bread served with seasoned olive oil for dipping. Caesar salad dressing was very tasty. I had the pistachio crusted trout and my wife had the chicken piccata and we both enjoyed it very much. My only complaint is the drink prices. $8.00 for a domestic draft beer that’s served in maybe a 12 ounce glass. My wife’s Long Island iced tea was $12.30 and also served in a rather small glass.

The wing was ok. They could have had more taste, but not bad. The steak was very tasty. The mashed potatoes and vegetables are worth the trip.

Everything was superb. Our outstanding server was Ms. McKenzie. We had part of 6 folks for 5pm. Some of us took the $10 value meal.
Comment:
We purchase two sangria’s and were charge full price instead of the Happy price.

First time dining here with my husband on our weekly date night. We took our pastor’s advice being that he’s a true Italian! Mason was our server and he is professional and knowledgeable of the menu. Kiara was very kind and helpful to Mason and brought us warm wrapped bread and made sure that we had all that we needed. Which I thought was pleasant and accommodating. We loved the ambiance and the food was delicious and better than we expected. Wine selections were a bit pricey but true to pairings and measurable ounces. I went with the linguine and paired it with the rosé instead of the Pinot Grigio. My salad and entree was really delicious and there was plenty of my plate to take home. We will be back to taste the rest of the menu together. My husband and I have marked this our new favorite spot. Thanks to our Pastor for the suggestion, Mason and the team at Central Park. Btw, the restaurant was very clean cozy and classy and we appreciated the hospitality and positive attitudes.
