Great tacos! I had carnitas, asada, and chorizo tacos as well as rice and beans. I loved the tacos and was very impressed. Tortillas were made in house and that makes a big difference in my book. My partner had a torta that was great as well. We split a horchata that was among some of the best I’ve had.

My order was 2 Hot dogs “estilo mexicano” (bacon wrapped, grilled onions and peppers, mayo etc) and 3 Gorditas de pollo.
Gorditas were on point! Slightly crisp shell, delicious fillings and nice presentation. I only received one hot dog, which was very delicious fries were a little undercooked. Had to go back in and request my second hot dog they forgot in my order. When I got that one and looked at it it looks like they just threw a hot dog on a bun, threw some bacon on the side, and just squirted some toppings on. I was really disappointed. I realized then that these Mexican hotdogs weren’t the greatest, especially after that. So I probably won’t be back for those. Gorditas are great tho!!
If anyone knows a spot that sells a great Mexican hot dog, “Estilo sonorense” LET ME KNOW!!

Update 072525…….., so 4 months ago, I had raved about the food and the clean appearance.
Now:
There is a new counter ‘person’ with a bad attitude which affects your business making me not want to come back at all.
Then I order the ‘daily special’ with rice & beans …., get home and find a rock in my beans, what the what??? Now I will not be back not sure if he intentionally put it in my beans, but now I wont be back, I would put in a take-out order and still TIP you, dont worry I will go back to taco el cunado on Burton. So now, my 5 stars go down to 1 star. Thank your Rude customer service person who acts as if customers are bothering him to put in an order.

Finally tried the food, after driving by. It was very clean (that means alot)
I had the al pastor tostadas & carne asada tacos and jamaica agua fresca.
The Al Pastor is very good. I had the tacos with (homemade tortillas) soo good. I will be back definitely, I live too close 🙂 cant wait to try the mexican hot dog!!
