Wine oh wine! The selection was great and diverse. I promise the choices are interesting and guaranteed you’ll find one you’ll love. The food here is also delicious I only managed to take a picture of my dessert. I will definitely be back.

Every visit to Carnegie is better than the last! The wine list is fantastic, a huge selection from so many different regions. The staff is amazing, super knowledgeable and always with the best recs! The food is absolutely insane. The menu changes frequently and everything we’ve had here is delicious. The ingredients are fresh and creative, we’re always excited to come back! The atmosphere is beautiful, the view of the MAG is great, and the outdoor seating is a must in the summer months. Everyone is super welcoming as well!

I was really impressed with every aspect of Carnegie Cellars! We were part of the pre-RBTL theater crowd and even though they were busy, the staff was attentive and we never felt rushed. The food was phenomenal! We loved every dish and can’t wait to go back to try other items. (I could eat the Flour City Bread for the rest of my life.) I like wine, but I’m not too knowledgeable about it – our server easily guided us to some really great glasses without it feeling stuffy or pretentious. The vibe in there is very chill. Will definitely be back.

We’ve had the privilege of dining at Carnegie twice now, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The thing that continues to blow us away is the food. When going to a wine bar I expect charcuterie and some small bites, but I don’t expect memorable dishes that will be used as a standard to judge against others. Case in point was the scallop appetizer special on the evening we were there. The freshness of the scallop was obvious, the flavor transcendent and the preparation perfect. This dish now joins one I had over 15 years ago in New England as best scallop preparation in my memory: not what I was expecting from a visit to a wine bar! Fear not, because the standard wine bar fare is also available, and I rate Carnegie’s carefully curated charcuterie board complete with house-pickled vegetables as probably the best I’ve had, and with generous portions to boot. All of the food selections we’ve had have been excellent, with some, like the scallop appetizer, simply outstanding. Also of note is the fizzy Italian lambrusco on the wine menu, which transports me right back to my time in Italy eating dinners that lingered long into the evening with my family. The service has always been very good, with the staff knowledgeable about both food and wine options. Another plus: as someone with hearing loss I am able to hear and fully participate in conversations with others at my table while dining at Carnegie, making the visits all the more pleasant. I highly recommend a trip to Carnegie to savor epicurean delights of all kinds while enjoying the company you’re with!

First time visiting and we had a fabulous time! Mike greeted us as we entered and explained the gorgeous chandelier and showed us to our seats at the bar. Taylor provided excellent service and recommendations. I had the Bubbles flight and Bruce enjoyed the Goodman flight. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend the crispy chicken sandwich – spicy, fresh, and tasty! We finished with Port and some chocolates. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Beautiful decor; great conversations, personalities & service. Kitchen was on point. Perfect spot to enjoy fine wine and food with friends. Kudos to Mike and the team. Looking forward to our next visit!

A group of us went there after a walk together. Had a beautiful wine, an excellent hummus with corn and poblano peppers. And a table outside on a perfect night. Our servers took great care of us.

The food tasted great it’s just a limited menu with few gluten free options. Even as a Wine Bar, to not have cocktails is also a miss by the owners. The service was great and the staff were helpful and attentive. The Saturday we dined was quiet, so it is difficult to gauge the atmosphere. The deco inside is nice, modern and clean.
